The timely manner it was completed, the cleanup and they put everything back to where it was. They even caulked all the moldings.The salesman was very informative and helpful. The flooring helped reduce noise from any foot traffic. I would recommend national floors direct and we would use them again.

I can honestly say that dealing with NFD was a great experience. The sales representative was on-time, courteous and answered all of our questions. The padding, material of their product is exactly what they show you during initial quote. I would definitely do business with them again. They also match price if you received a quote from a different supplier. Great business!

FL16160 National floors presented a great presentation for the initial purchase. They brought samples and had technology on the iPad to show how the premium vinyl floors would look in each room. They were fair and competitive with prices. They arrived on time and sent enough workers to complete our entire home, 1400 sq. Ft, in one day. This included removing old baseboards, cutting and installing the new baseboards we bought, and add the quarter round pieces they provided. Ok, let’s be honest who would care so much about carpets? National floors direct does! They sent such a knowledgeable man named Frank! When I tell you personable, engaging and knowing what your needs are before you even know your own needs, he was the man! 90% of the apartment was covered with carpet.
