This company is very professional and provides excellent service. Their prices are fair and I will definitely hire them again. They outdid themselves and left me with beautiful laminate flooring. Loved how my floors came out. Sales person was kind and courteous. He explained the difference in NFD materials and other store brand quality. I love that they give a 25 year warranty. Installers arrived on time and were courteous and cleaned up afterwards. Would definitely use them again very soon.
We wanted to get carpets installed quickly and this company definitely delivered. It was only 2 days between consultation to installation. I got a quote from another company beforehand and they were charging almost twice as much. The carpets look beautiful and are great quality. I had a great experience with National Floors Direct. The salesman was knowledgeable, and he did not pressure me. The installers were timely, careful, and clean. The laminate floors looked better than I expected and the carpet on my steps is soft. I truly feel that I got my moneys worth. I will use this company again.
