From the salesman to the installers it was a very pleasant experience. The carpet and padding is beautiful. I also had vinyl flooring installed too again it is stunning I would highly recommend national floors direct to anyone looking for quality pricing and top notch salespeople and installers
The guys came and in and out after three hours. The floors are awesome. I can walk on the now they are safer without nails and screws cause I was walking on plywood. The floors look awesome.
NFD was very polite, efficient and professional, starting with the gentleman that prepared the estimate and wrote up the contract. He answered any and all of the questions that I had. The installers were great and did a beautiful job. They had to remove carpeting and move heavy furniture. They also were very careful and cleaned up beautifully after themselves. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review.
National Floors Direct came in to give us an estimate on new rugs for our three bedrooms. The sales person came in and was extremely friendly. We asked about ripping up our rug on the stairs and he stated it wasn't a good idea as the rug was expensive and about a year old and we should just clean it. This saved us a lot of money. I have used National Floors Direct in the past and had a great experience. This time was no different. They came out right away to bring samples and measure and gave me the estimate at that time. I scheduled the install for a few days later and got the confirmation immediately, another confirmation the night before and an email giving me the install window. The installers were right on time. National Floors Direct was very professional. They arrived on time with a very well experienced installation team. They came in and explained everything that would happening in great context. They were timely and polite during their entire installation. When they finished they explained the best way to make sure our flooring stayed in good standing. The company was easy to work with from the consultation to the installation. The sales rep provided me with choices to best fit my home and budget. The date that we agreed on for installation was exactly as planned. The installers arrived on time, worked quickly and reviewed the work with us before they left.
