The product, (carpet, padding, etc.), sells itself. However, the installation team led by Francisco made the overall experience Great. Francisco and his team were Customer Friendly, Professional and their Workmanship was/is OUTSTANDING...(They truly Raised the Bar and Wowed us as Customers)!!!

National Floors Direct was great. I have used them in the past in 2020 for carpet for my basement and I was satisfied. So when I needed new carpet for my home I contacted them and they came next day to give me an assessment and quote. The best prices without a doubt. Customer service was excellent. Installers were polite, professional, fast and extremely clean. Highly recommend this company 100%. As soon as the rest of our house is ready we will be calling them back to floor the rest of our house. We will also be recommending them to our friends and family.

2 very polite workers arrived firm National Floors Direct. They showed me the floor we picked out. I asked them how long would the installation take?
