It was a great experience starting from the sales person to the floors installation. We negotiated a very reasonable price with the sales representative. Scheduling and rescheduling was very easy. Our sales rep was punctual, patient, and very knowledgeable. He helped us select the right carpet for our needs at the right price. Customer service was helpful when I had to cancel our first install date due to COVID in the house. The installation crew was professional, friendly, and cleaned up after they were done. We purchased a new home with carpets that reeked of cat smell. My husband is allergic to cats and we thought we could shampoo the carpets on our own but nope.
