I contacted National Floors Direct because I needed to replace the entire upstairs and stairs carpet. I needed to have this done within a week! Within 2 days a very knowledgeable and friendly sales person came to measure and show the selections of carpet they carry. I was able to select exactly what I wanted! Three days later their installers showed up exactly on time. They were courteous, careful, and clean. They met the deadline I gave them. Prior to my estimate from National Floors Direct, I had received 3 other estimates. I started to cancel my appointment with NFD and was so glad I did not. Not only was their price the best, the customer service rep **** was the best!! The job was completed as scheduled with no delays. I would recommend NFD to anyone!!

MA27398 - Flooring From the beginning reaching out to explore flooring options, we were very happy with all and any responses. The follow-up was legit and professional. ******* was our salesperson and she was open and honest and also very professional and courteous. She was great to work with. The install was excellent. ****** was terrific and professional.
