First time using National Floors Direct and I was hesitant but have to say, pretty impressed. Super easy and fast. The sales rep was at our home the next day, prompt, professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. The price beat all other estimates we had received. The professional installer came the following day and had the carpet installed in my son's bedroom within 2 hours. He vacuumed, cleaned up and made sure I was satisfied before he left. National Floors Direct helped me with a 3 room carpet install. From start with the Sales Rep to the finish with the amazing, clean and polite team that came in to do the install. I was very impressed how fast they came in a did it. They cleaned up everything when they were finished. They asked me if I was happy as they walked me through each room. They really did an excellent job. Very satisfied customer here! I will use them again!

Getting new flooring with National Floors Direct was a simple and customer friendly experience. The salesman was knowledgeable and spent considerable time at our house making sure we had all the info we wanted and correctly quoting the project. They were super accommodating with the timeline of the install. The carpet looks great. They did a great install. Cleaned up. Would recommend. Making the appointment was seamless. Got a date within days. Sales person was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The install team were on time and even called to inform me of their arrival time. They removed my old flooring and cleaned up.

This is my second time using National Floors Direct and it won't be my last! Love that they come to my house with samples. It makes it so much easier to choose. I was very happy with my install from National Floors Direct. They called when they were on their way and got there when they were supposed to. The installs of my carpet and vinyl flooring look great. They did it in a short amount of time too! They cleaned everything up before they left and made sure I was happy with everything. This honest review was given in exchange for a $25 gift card.

I call NFD on Sunday and had a representative come to measure on Monday! She gave me a quote that beat the other one I got. We scheduled installation for not even a week out - because of my schedule not theirs - and when they came, they were efficient and courteous. I would definately recommend them.

National Floors direct delivers. They did a fantastic job putting down the floor. They were able to get it done before thanksgiving for me. The guys who came were very professional. They did the job then cleaned up before they left. I love my new floors. I would recommend them to family and friends. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review

I had my floors done by National Floors Direct on Nov 20th and 21st. They precall person was great - made sure I totally understood what was going to happen - they did not rush me off the call at all which I totally appreciated - I was coming in from AZ that morning and worked with me on having them come a little later to start. The 1st crew of 3 that came were great - 2 ripped up the linoleum and rugs while the other started laying the floor, the 2 ripping up the floors were beasts (in a good way).
