From the sales rep to the follow up call everything was good. The team that installed my carpet was professional and respectful and answered all the questions that I had for them. The new carpet really transformed my space. Sales guy was not pushy and gave me options. Will recommend National floors direct.

We were looking for new luxury vinyl floors for our kitchen. We reached out to National Floors direct. They promptly sent out a sales rep to measure and provide us with a quote. To their word, they beat the quote of a couple other installers we reached out to. The result was that we got great floors at a great price. I only wish the borders matched the flooring but other than that, we are happy with the work performed.

National Floors direct sent a well informed salesman to our home. After educating us on all the options and guarantees we decided to hire them to replace the carpet in our bedroom. Within a very short time they sent out the installation crew who were quick and courteous. They removed the old carpet and replaced it with the new one with great efficiency.
