We purchased a Frigidaire Gallery refrigerator on December 20th 2022. When it was delivered, the nightmare started. The left door was dented, so the delivery personnel ordered a new one that was installed on January 2023. While it was installed, the technician discovered another dent on the right door and so he ordered a new door as well. On October 11, 2023, RC Willey delivered and installed my new washing machine. When the technician could not get the cold water valve turned off at the handle, he chose to use a pair of pliers and brute force. In the process he broke the gate valve which caused a slow leak that ran down behind my drywall causing thousands of dollars worth of damages. There response time for repairs on essential appliances is a joke! Buy from someone who stands behind there product and the extended warranty they sell you. Don't even show up to look at the problem. Tell you 5-7 days for parts and they didn't show up to diagnose. Buy somewhere else people.

I have had a TERRIBLE experience with RC Willey for my flooring. My carpet installation was great, however my vinyl flooring was a mess. They damaged my laundry room floor and left huge gaps in my flooring and were sloppy in cutting the flooring. I have been working on getting this resolved for months. This 2 stars is kind of an average. Our salespeople (**** and *****) and the office staff were great, especially since it took us a couple of tries to find the right couch. But delivery (and this is paying for the high end/white glove delivery service) has been a nightmare. Bought a couch set with a warranty in December of 2022. Couch broke in February. They set a tech out in April and said they need to take it to the shop to fix. Today is September 6th 2023 they finally picked up my couch for repair after 7 months of it being broken. Now they said they will not be working on it for a week. Poor customer service and will not ever purchase any other items form this store. I will also tell everyone I know not to do business with them! ZERO STARS YOUR SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! BUT IT MADE ME PUT 1!
