Super dishonest company and personnel. Sales person, *********************** (#*****), assured us that for a special order you could put 20% on a non RC Willey card and then once the order is delivered, the whole amount could be placed on the RC Willey card. Turns out he lied to get the commission and the store manager, ****, has confirmed that it doesn't matter what the salesperson tells a customer, as they will not honor it. I Bought the ****** Ocean Blue Convertible Sectional Sofa Bed~with chaise-*************************** was on sale for about $500. It lasted about 6 mos and the back cushions wouldnt go back anymore to sleep on. The sides are breaking off, the legs are breaking off, the whole thing is a piece of rubbish. And Ill never buy anything again from this place. Worst return policy with no room for warranties

The quality of their furniture is fairly high and they have a good selection. My main complaint is with their financing system. If you aren't able to pay down your credit account quickly, interest accrues at an exponential rate, negating any previous payments. They also charge interest on interest, an arguably unethical business practice akin to that of a predatory lender. The RC Willey store in ******* ** deserves 0 rather than 1 star. We purchased on ** stove 10/26/22 from a sales person who said this was a great model. We tried cooking with it for a month. It either over- or under-cooked consistently. We went back to the store, spoke to the same sales person who said that they had gotten similar complaints from several customers (?!!!! why not give customers that info before they purchase?!!!). I've bought thousands of dollars of merchandise from RC Willey over the years, so much so that I've no immediate need for any household items. I recently paid off my **** dollar credit payment on a high-end "Cafe'" range. I went to RC to buy a airfryer (it's the only thing I've needed to buy since the range) and use the credit of $80.88 that my original bill STATES will be available. This place is the WORST with their delivery service and professionalism. They say they will be delivering on a certain day and they set one time up then they keep changing it several times that day then never show up. Then they can't reschedule for a couple days later. What the h*** is this? U can spend thousands of dollars with this place and they still treat you like c*** This will be the last time I order anything from them. Get ur guy's act together or hire new people who can do the job right.....
I purchased a new sofa and loveseat last June and paid for fabric protection. I contacted warranty about and issue with the two main cushions on couch and loveseat, they sent an inspector out to look and submit claim 6/23 .
