The RC Willey store in ******* ** deserves 0 rather than 1 star. We purchased on ** stove 10/26/22 from a sales person who said this was a great model. We tried cooking with it for a month. It either over- or under-cooked consistently. We went back to the store, spoke to the same sales person who said that they had gotten similar complaints from several customers (?!!!! why not give customers that info before they purchase?!!!). Regardless, he gave us the name of an appliance repair company who he said would fix the problem.... read more

I've bought thousands of dollars of merchandise from RC Willey over the years, so much so that I've no immediate need for any household items. I recently paid off my **** dollar credit payment on a high-end "Cafe'" range. I went to RC to buy a airfryer (it's the only thing I've needed to buy since the range) and use the credit of $80.88 that my original bill STATES will be available. This place is the WORST with their delivery service and professionalism. They say they will be delivering on a certain day and they set one time up then they keep changing it several times that day then never show up. Then they can't reschedule for a couple days later. What the h*** is this? U can spend thousands of dollars with this place and they still treat you like c*** This will be the last time I order anything from them. Get ur guy's act together or hire new people who can do the job right.....

I purchased a new sofa and loveseat last June and paid for fabric protection. I contacted warranty about and issue with the two main cushions on couch and loveseat, they sent an inspector out to look and submit claim 6/23 . He said it would be taken care of by *********** or manufacture but no worries. I contacted *********** again on July 18 they said they have been busy and they were sorry and the new cushions covers were ordered. Placed order during a sale. Order was successfully placed, confirmed via an email order conf, and my credit card charged, and the transaction had even posted. I soon come to find an email from their orders **** that my order had been cancelled due to a "discounting issue" and was offered a whopping, get this, $25 coupon to make up for it, if I'd like to call and place the order again.... mind you the sale was over so that insane $25 off coupon wouldn't even come close to the hundreds I was supposed to get off, not including ... read more

Customer placed an order for an arcade machine online and a mattress adjustment code took $300 off it in error (electronics do not qualify for the Serta $300 off). Customer was informed that he did not qualify and that it was added in error (the code has since been fixed, it was live for an hour), and was given a full refund for what they spend. Received a new appliance package and the fridge is missing some of the finish. I was told that it was cosmetic and not covered. Paid extra for extra warranty coverage and was still told that is not mechanical and I'll have to live with it. Misrepresented the warranty and delivered damaged goods.

Customer is under the one year manufacturer warranty right now. Any issues with the appliance are covered through them. She did purchase the extended warranty, but those start after the manufacturer warranty expires which will be 12/29/22

Buyer beware RC Willey not honoring their contracts!A store cannot legally raise the price of an item once you have paid for it. If the store accepted a check, cash, or placed a charge on a customers credit card, this is considered a completed written contract, regardless of whether the item has been delivered or picked up and whether or not it is actually in the customers possession.I had paid invoices on items purchased and in my order history. The customer has been made aware multiple times that electronics do not qualify for the mattress discount and was offered a different discount for his items and he refused. Customer has been refunded for his orders. On May 20th I was contacted by salesman that my dining room table set was in stock. I called for the scheduled delivery which was June 11th. In preparation I disposed of my current dining room set the 9th. On the 11th all that was delivered was the dining room chairs. I called my salesman and was informed the table was 3 weeks out. Now my family is left with out a dining room table. After this purchase I will be canceling my rc willey account.
