Received a new appliance package and the fridge is missing some of the finish. I was told that it was cosmetic and not covered. Paid extra for extra warranty coverage and was still told that is not mechanical and I'll have to live with it. Misrepresented the warranty and delivered damaged goods.

Customer is under the one year manufacturer warranty right now. Any issues with the appliance are covered through them. She did purchase the extended warranty, but those start after the manufacturer warranty expires which will be 12/29/22

Buyer beware RC Willey not honoring their contracts!A store cannot legally raise the price of an item once you have paid for it. If the store accepted a check, cash, or placed a charge on a customers credit card, this is considered a completed written contract, regardless of whether the item has been delivered or picked up and whether or not it is actually in the customers possession.I had paid invoices on items purchased and in my order history. There was a web error that applied $900 worth of mattress discounts to the customers electronics items. The customer has been made aware multiple times that electronics do not qualify for the mattress discount and was offered a different discount for his items and he refused. Customer has been refunded for his orders. On May 20th I was contacted by salesman that my dining room table set was in stock. I called for the scheduled delivery which was June 11th. In preparation I disposed of my current dining room set the 9th. On the 11th all that was delivered was the dining room chairs. I called my salesman and was informed the table was 3 weeks out. Now my family is left with out a dining room table. After this purchase I will be canceling my rc willey account.

My husband and I purchased a brand new washer and dryer from RC Willey and a few months ago our dryer caught on fire. At the time, the dryer was less than two years old. We had purchased the warranty so we immediately filed a claim. RC Willey started the process with a local company to get someone out here to check the dryer. That was about 4 months ago. The company has since replaced the part they said was faulty but I still have a worthless dryer that doesn't work! They said they attempted to call RC Willey and was hung up... read more

I had purchased a relatively expensive sectional from the ********* location in ********* and paid for the delivery. On the day of the delivery it was delivered to my neighbors home, they brought the sectional into my neighbors home, set it up, and left. The online track widget informed me that the delivery was one stop away, so I had assumed that my neighbor had ordered something as well. Went to the Steamboat location in search of flooring in the beginning of March. Had our home measured, found flooring we liked and placed the order on March 24th for install on April 25th having also picked out the baseboard to be included at install and paid for the order in full. Still scratching our head, 10 years ago we had carpet and pad installed by RC Willey ******** *****. 104 sq. yards of carpet.Now we get an estimate for new carpet same house same floor plan, and they come up with 127 sq yds of carpet, 2022 same house? We called and ask why so mush more carpet. They reworked the plan and now come up 119 sq yds. to us that's 15 yards of waste. and $646.65 extra. .

Have carpet bought and installed through R.C.Willey in Meridian **. The carpet was installed contrary to the way the original measurer had decided best according the walking patterns. The carpet is bunching up in the middle of the room at this time. I have placed three calls to the specific installer whose name I was given when I actually went in the see what could be done. The salesman forgot to input my order. The store said they would give me a $200 credit because of this. They ended up charging me $400 more than they should. Took me hours to get this straightened out and I finally paid $2 more than my original invoice.
