Don't bother shopping there. My mom bought a chair from there, which came broken. They agreed to take it and give her a loaner while it's waiting for a part. Now on the her account they put that they're potentially going to charge her for the loaner in addition to the fact that she already paid off the broken one. There was zero communication from them about them doing this and now we believe they intend on charging her for the loaner and keeping her chair too. Myself and significant other have made several purchases through out the years and have been very happy but yesterday was a exception. I was helped by your sales person John *******who I told him I wanted a stove and had the model number which I gave him. He looked it up and said write it up. Also I found a microwave oven and had him write it up. Rc Willey needs to make more frequent stops to Plumas Lake, CA and put the customer delivery needs first. This will probably be my last purchase with them. Having to wait 20 days for delivery is ridiculous. Hire more drivers or buy more delivery trucks. I could have bought from O******** or W*****r and received a furniture purchase a lot sooner. Also the sales price should have been better considering that I have been buying from RC Willey for over 10 years.

I had no clue what I was getting with this furniture store. Had I known I would’ve gone elsewhere. Our sales person was nice enough. After roughly a month I called to check the status of our order and they told me that they had notified me that it would take 60 days for our bed to be delivered. 90 days later the bed finally arrives in pieces and it’s the wrong bed. I have trusted RC Willey for years and recommended them to friends and family. My recent experience has me feeling that my recommendations were not only bad but terrible. I have spent a lot of money with the company. A complete bedroom set that is flaked and lost the black color. This not only is a disappointment the product is terrible. I do not believe a bedroom set should lose the paint due to flakes. When I went into the store the response was the return time frame has passed. RC Willey salesman sold me a fridge- charging me an extra $100 for an icemaker, installation, and connection. All that was listed on the receipt. After waiting around at home- missing two full work days because they didn't show up during the prescheduled time slots- I still don't have an icemaker that works. Customer Service said it wasn't their problem- I need to call a plumber and then they hung up on me. The salesman promised one thing and I didn't get it. Wow. This is the worst experience I've ever had at RCWilley. I'm very disappointed. I've spent over $10,000 at your company in the past year and I was treated well by Rex L******* all the time. However, this time I went in to the So. Salt Lake store to look for a recliner and then two Speakers for my Living room. While the salesman tried to find me a recliner, your selection was just terrible and yesterday I purchased one at Lazy Boy in Draper. Then I went upstairs to work on the speakers. couch was supposed to be delivered today. could see them from my apartment window they just drove away. I called ,please deliver they said see you next week. I said another week? She said thats what I said. SO RUDLY!

Just bought a tv and the salesman was great but going to pick up the tv was horrible. Waited over an hour while I watched 6 people after me get what they bought and left. I was right about to return the tv I bought because the guys working in the warehouse were rude and not helpful. Right when I was on the phone to return and get a refund the warehouse working called my name after an hour. Then had to wait another 20 minutes for them to bring it out. Never again will I ship there. Never again.
