I recently purchased a leather recliner and couch combo at RC Willey. The couch showed up in working order because it doesn't have any moving parts, the recliner was another matter. Initially the recliner worked for about a week and a half despite what I assumed were small imperfections before the bottom dropped out of it. I turned it over to notice the legs had mud on them and were gouged. The bottom of the chair was tearing from the recliner. I brought this product an year with an extended 2 year warranty which they person in **** sold me on? I humbly agreed.Exactly one year after the tread mill stops randomly and I call Extended Warranty they set up a technician to come look at it. Our Frigidaire fridge was not cooling at all. We called up RC Willey because that was where it was purchased. We had a warranty that was still good on it. So they sent someone over to diagnose it a week later. They said the compressor was out. They said they would order a dye to see where it was leaking. We knew you were not going to be able to patch a compressor so we said no. I had an 8:30-10:30 window for delivery. The guys came one hour early and I was not home because I was dropping kids at school. They said tough luck were leaving. I asked them to wait until 8- 15 minutes and they left. They offered to dump my couch by the garage as an option. I came home from 8-10:30 and nobody showed up again. The deliver manager said he pinned the truck at my house at 8:31. So apparently the delivery guys drove by the house to make it look like they were at my home. RC Willey - BAD EXPERIENCE Been waiting around for 7 hours for a delivery. Nothing. Gave them my cell number to make sure they could get hold of me. No contact. Took the day off work to be around for this delivery, which was a couple weeks after the purchase because that's when they could get around to it. Buyer beware.

This will be the last time we purchase anything from this store based on our most recent experience. I would consider ourselves loyal customers as we have purchased appliances/home furnishings from RC Willey for over 15 years and have spent close to $40,000 at this store. The salesmen are great at their job selling and making promises. But 2 different people walked away when they found out I already had made a purchase and was just there to ask questions. Empty promises of delivery. Items lost or damages without notification. Back ordered items for a year (literally!) but found it through ****** delivered in a week. I will not purchase from RC Willey again.

I have had a horrible experience with this company. I bought a bedroom set in April only to be called when it arrived in store that they did not have the bed rails. I decided to wait until the back order came in only to be told from a September arrival date wouldn’t be in until December. Then was told ok they had it in stock last week. They came to setup only to find out the back ordered rails were for the wrong side. Don't bother shopping there. My mom bought a chair from there, which came broken. They agreed to take it and give her a loaner while it's waiting for a part. Now on the her account they put that they're potentially going to charge her for the loaner in addition to the fact that she already paid off the broken one. There was zero communication from them about them doing this and now we believe they intend on charging her for the loaner and keeping her chair too.
