I’ve never had so much trouble getting a piece of furniture before. Waited over 2 months to get a couch and then did not get what I ordered. I was supposed to get an ottoman with the chaise cushion and I did not get it. Now I’ll probably have to wait another 2 months to get that. I will not be buying anything from RC Willy again unless it is something that is in stock.

I ordered a bedroom and paid it in full in March 2021 and didn’t get it till mid July 2021 with scratches and gouges! All they have to offer to mediate is a voucher for 100$. Customer service won’t let me speak with manager stating that they don’t have anything else to offer or add! Next time I will put my money in different furniture store!

After spending over 11k with this company in a little over 4 months, one would think that they would have at least acknowledged you and your business and thanked you for choosing them over another business. But nothing!

I don’t think I will be back. We just moved into our new house and needed a kitchen table. The one I wanted wasn’t available till Aug 1 which I can understand. My second choice was in stock and I said great because we have no place to eat at the in our house. After we get the paperwork done the salesman said oh yeah we cannot deliver til July 28. Nothing can be done unless someone cancels. Well if I have to wait that long I should have went with my first choice. Salesman was nice but your customer service is nonexistent.

Horrible place! Having a hard time with this store to replaced a glass shelf all I get is the run around spent a lot of money at this store when I call in to talk with a supervisor all I get are LIES!!!!! I have been waiting months for my glass shelf one person said they ordered it the next person said it wasn’t ordered back and forth with these people DO NOT BUY FROM THEM LOOKS GOOD BUT ITS A PIECE OF CRAP!!!!!!!

Absolutely horrific delivery experience. Drivers damaged my front door on the way out and I have yet to receive any resolution from their claims department. I have gotten the run around even after escalating to a claims supervisor.

I just want to say that the customer service at RC Willey for warranty work is horrible. I bought a recliner and sofa and bought the extra warranty for the leather. I called their warranty service in July of 2020 to get someone to look at it. So in October someone came down to our home to evaluate the items. The technician said both the sofa and chair need to be repaired. So on May 11, 2021 they came down to my home in Richfield and picked up my sofa. But they would not take the recliner. Provo location. At the end of April, they delivered a broken TV. I can't get them to exchange it. I've been told they need to go through the manufacturer to provide a solution. I call and wait on hold. Then, they ask some questions and put me on hold. Then they tell me they will call me back. Then, no one calls me back and I call back and wait on hold. Repeat. I still have a broken TV and no solution.
