This 2 stars is kind of an average. Our salespeople (**** and *****) and the office staff were great, especially since it took us a couple of tries to find the right couch. But delivery (and this is paying for the high end/white glove delivery service) has been a nightmare. We finally settled on a couch created from 2 very wide recliners, and this is our first experience with a motorized recliner. We ordered the ****** massage chair and it was delivered in a timely manner on 9/13/23. Purchased a "made for RC Willey by Serta" mattress from RC Willey, ************ **********, ** on January 10, 2023, which had a ten-year warrantee. Bought a couch set with a warranty in December of 2022. Couch broke in February. They set a tech out in April and said they need to take it to the shop to fix. Today is September 6th 2023 they finally picked up my couch for repair after 7 months of it being broken. Now they said they will not be working on it for a week. Poor customer service and will not ever purchase any other items form this store. I will also tell everyone I know not to do business with them! ZERO STARS YOUR SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! BUT IT MADE ME PUT 1!

Super dishonest company and personnel. I Bought the ****** Ocean Blue Convertible Sectional Sofa Bed~with chaise-*************************** was on sale for about $500. It lasted about 6 mos and the back cushions wouldnt go back anymore to sleep on. The sides are breaking off, the legs are breaking off, the whole thing is a piece of rubbish. And Ill never buy anything again from this place. Worst return policy with no room for warranties
The quality of their furniture is fairly high and they have a good selection. My main complaint is with their financing system. If you aren't able to pay down your credit account quickly, interest accrues at an exponential rate, negating any previous payments. They also charge interest on interest, an arguably unethical business practice akin to that of a predatory lender. The RC Willey store in ******* ** deserves 0 rather than 1 star. We purchased on ** stove 10/26/22 from a sales person who said this was a great model. We tried cooking with it for a month. It either over- or under-cooked consistently. We went back to the store, spoke to the same sales person who said that they had gotten similar complaints from several customers (?!!!! why not give customers that info before they purchase?!!!). I've bought thousands of dollars of merchandise from RC Willey over the years, so much so that I've no immediate need for any household items.
