The first interaction with Neil was great. We didn't purchase that day. The Memorial sale we purchased a full living room set, Top grain leather to include Couch, Loveseat, Chair and small Ottoman. My wife went back the next day to purchase the large Ottoman and Neil, was busy, but he wrote down an incomplete stock number, didn't verify if it was in stock to make sure it would be delivered with the rest of our furniture. I left a review about a month ago regarding Haynes Furniture giving me the rin around concerning a loveseat that I purchased in May of 2019. The wood on the arm of my loveseat cracked. I went back and forth with filing a claim with *** warranty and Haynes. I ended up placing a review at the BBB. Recently Haynes Corporate office responded by sending a Technition to my house on 3/13/2020. The guy was courteous and on time. He did an excellent job of repairing the crack! I am thoroughly pleased with the outcome.

Total disaster. On 11/10/22 we purchased a King platform bed with storage drawers, down the middle was only one support beam. Within 2 weeks, the supports legs broke. Service tech showed up, told us we would continue to have this problem because of our laminated floors and the weight of our tempur-pedic memory foam mattress. Technician put the legs back in place and deemed the bed fixed. Two weeks later the support bar underneath the headboard snapped completely in two. Ruined. I have had good experiences with this company over the past few years until...I decided to upgrade my queen-sized adjustable bed and move the old one to the guest room with a new mattress for that bed. I explained this to the salesperson at the Dump and we talked about the existing adjustable which I purchased from them several years before. Absolutely horrible experience with this company. An incompetent driver told me that he was on his way and would be arriving to my home within 15 minutes, only to be reached by a customer service agent 2 hours later to tell me that the driver couldn't find my address. The driver refused to allow me to meet them somewhere so that I could guide them to my address and the agent shared that they had the wrong spelling of my location although it had been verified 4x's, online, on the contract, via text and phone call. Haynes Furniture/ The Dump is the worst. I spent ** for a sofa, and it changed color. The service contract I purchased will not cover it. I assume from reading the reviews after purchasing it, that they don't cover much at all. They deemed the discoloration to oil from my head. I am writing this review and if not resolved I will file suit in the appropriate jurisdiction.

I purchased a sofa,loveseat and recliner chair from the Dump,I have a warranty till 2025,I filed a claim due to damage on the sofa,I sent in photos like they asked and I have not heard from anyone.The claim was filed 3-4 weeks ago,when I was told someone would contact me in 2-3 days. Seem like I am being totally ignored. Bad Business

I am very unhappy and disappointed with my recent experience at Haynes Furniture. I visited the *** ****** location in November 2021 to purchase a beautiful leather sofa and love seat. The sales woman was very helpful attentive and professional. While waiting for the delivery I purchased curtains and other decor so that the room would be ready for my new furniture.The furniture was delivered as promised but with several very visible flaws and defects in both pieces. I did not received quality furniture from Haynes. I bought a chair and it is defected because one of the cup holder will not fit a cup in properly and stable. The cup leans because the top part overlap over the cup opener. I was told that the chair on display overlap as well but when you are looking at it in the store, how do you know that it will be a problem. I am not satisfied because that cup holder is not up to standard. Poor quality made.
