We bought a bonded leather recliner with an extended warranty and the covering started separating within 3 years. The Dump should have known this is an inferior product beforehand and should not sell it. Of course, the warranty was useless as well. Bad and expensive experience.
i purchased a dining room table online from the dump. this was the first time i bought from the company. the table with delivery charge came to $1010.00 dollars. i did not know at this time the dump placed a full charge on my credit card. most companys wait until the item is delivered. when the table was delivered we did not feel it looked as good as the picture online. in fact it looked like cheap junk. we returned the table back to the dump. this was on the twelve of june. i called the company for my credit. i asked they s... read more
My husband and I went on a Saturday afternoon to shop for a recliner, bought a nice looking leather chair that had motorized adjustable features and by Sunday night, only using it 3 times, the chair froze in a reclining position. Called Monday morning after waiting over 30 mins on hold and then transferred twice, was told a technician would call within 24-48 hours to schedule a appointment to come to our home to look at the chair. We do have a service order opened for this customer. A service technician did go to the home and inspect the recliner and also took photos. The reason the recliner is not working, it appears that there is transit damage to the cord. Perhaps the cord was not secured when it was picked up? As a courtesy we have ordered parts and will arrange installation. Thank you.
My wife and I came in to the store ready to purchase 4-9x12 area rugs. I asked the sales manager if he would work with us at all on price if I bought multiples and he spoke down to me like I was an idiot. My wife was going to purchase one rug but as she turned around to walk over to the man he was clearly talking down about us to his coworker. He was eating on the showroom floor. I have never received such poor customer service. Paid for furniture in December, including storage fee to ensure 100% fulfillment of February delivery. We were advised prior to delivery they were short a night stand, but don’t worry - it will be here in 2 weeks from Texas. 2 weeks later, don’t worry - on its way from Virginia. they addvertize 10 cents on the dollar ,and for the third time we went there looking for a recliner and the only ones they have are 300 and up. so that means these cheap recliners they were selling are worth 3,000,,,, I don't think so...when sales people are asked about sale ,they look like deers in headlights..i think this is because they know it's a SCAM, THEY SHOULD BE STOPPED FROM DOING THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Purchased a not so cheap sectional about 5 months ago from the dump where I live in NJ in those 5 months my couch has been serviced 5 times and it’s a hassle each time I hope oh have at least a hour just to get ahold of customer service and expect no call backs you have to keep calling and demanding them to fix stuff under your warranty. This review is most negative unfortunately. I purchased a leather sofa for $2700 from the dump in November 2016. Included in the purchase price was insurance from *** enterprises who boasts “relax its covered” However that was not to be. I contacted *** after having this couch for about eight months because the cushions had began to sink. After purchasing a leader sofa and love seat on October 20, 2016, we noticed that the mechanical was grinding two months later. On December 3, 2016, I called and the representative told me that it was a manufactured issue. I didn't get service until February of 2017. On June 2017, the seam on the sofa was tearing apart. Once again, I called and send them a picture of the rip. It is the end of October of 2017 and I'm still waiting for someone to come and fix the issue. I would not recommend this store to anyone.
