I have never received such poor customer service. Paid for furniture in December, including storage fee to ensure 100% fulfillment of February delivery. We were advised prior to delivery they were short a night stand, but don’t worry - it will be here in 2 weeks from Texas. 2 weeks later, don’t worry - on its way from Virginia. they addvertize 10 cents on the dollar ,and for the third time we went there looking for a recliner and the only ones they have are 300 and up. so that means these cheap recliners they were selling are worth 3,000,,,, I don't think so...when sales people are asked about sale ,they look like deers in headlights..i think this is because they know it's a SCAM, THEY SHOULD BE STOPPED FROM DOING THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Purchased a not so cheap sectional about 5 months ago from the dump where I live in NJ in those 5 months my couch has been serviced 5 times and it’s a hassle each time I hope oh have at least a hour just to get ahold of customer service and expect no call backs you have to keep calling and demanding them to fix stuff under your warranty. This review is most negative unfortunately. I purchased a leather sofa for $2700 from the dump in November 2016. Included in the purchase price was insurance from *** enterprises who boasts “relax its covered” However that was not to be. I contacted *** after having this couch for about eight months because the cushions had began to sink. After purchasing a leader sofa and love seat on October 20, 2016, we noticed that the mechanical was grinding two months later. On December 3, 2016, I called and the representative told me that it was a manufactured issue. I didn't get service until February of 2017. On June 2017, the seam on the sofa was tearing apart. Once again, I called and send them a picture of the rip. It is the end of October of 2017 and I'm still waiting for someone to come and fix the issue. I would not recommend this store to anyone. I strongly strongly strongly suggest not ever going to this location, beware of how they will rip you off. Please read check the items before purchasing. I paid over a thousand dollars for a bed that was torn. The OAKS location felt the need to replace it with a cheaper model thinking I wouldn't realize. I am still going back and forth with ***** Furniture which I am assuming this is another name for the business and the oaks location. Save yourself the stress and buy elsewhere, I wish I had.

I have never been so upset with a furniture store. Trying to get my money back after a mistake was made on my furniture order has been a month long ordeal. After two weeks of trying to get in contact with the delivery manager, Janet *****, she had finally returned my calls and email on friday 9.22.17 at 10am promising that I would be refunded $70, or nearly half of the delivery fee, due to half of my furniture order being wrong. Every experience is different, but I wish that I'd taken the negative reviews more seriously and not purchased from The Dump. The furniture is beautiful, but, as I'm learning the hard way, is poor in quality. Most of the furniture that was delivered to my home was broken or damaged. The delivery guy was very nice, however, my walls were also damaged by The Dump's delivery personnel. I purchased a 5 year Gold ********* Protection Plan in 2014 from The Dump in Lombard Illinois. When I purchased the plan I was informed that I was covered for 5 years from any accidental damage that occurred. Over time the reclining mechanisms started to go so I called the Dump and they forwarded me to a ********* representative.
