Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt. Charged my card for on 2/22/2021. Estimated delivery was 3/4/2021. Final delivery by 4/16/2021. Called repeatedly. No one answers. No one returns calls. Received a call that delivery would be 5/24/2021. A call for delivery window would be on 5/22/2021. No call. We tried calling all morning 5/23/2021. No one answers and they DO *** answer the phone. Don't frustrate yourself. DON'T go there. "

DO *** BUY FURNITURE FROM " The Dump" . We went there April 19th 2021. We found furniture we liked. Price was good. Furniture was in stock! They checked while we were there. They told us that they don't deliver to our area very often , so the earlies would be March 13. We were not in super hurry , so we agreed. On March 27, 2021, we purchased a dresser and couch off the floor at the dump in ************, **. We paid for delivery with a date of April 7, 2021. April 7, 2021, arrived, no advance call. No one at the store would answer the phone. Used the chat option. They told us there was a computer outage and deliveries were on hold. 1st off They do not have good customer service, customer service is trash which I give 0 ratings. very rude and unprofessional. Secondly they are racist.

A few weeks ago my daughter and I went into the Lombard store to get a bedroom set. After walking around a while choosing other items, we went to the counter to purchase everything. It was a substantial purchase to say the least. I paid for it and said delivery would be sometime in May. An unfortunate circumstance happened so we had to cancel the order. Wow.. Why do you need to many different phone lines if you never pick up? How hard it is to assist us with our return? Ordered an item back in November 2020, it is March 2021 and we still getting estimated ETAs for the availability of the item. I totally understand how supply chains are affected by the pandemic. I work in the same industry too. I have had over $10,000 worth of furniture on order for months, they charged me $450 for delivery and they wont deliver anything! It is very frustrating to spend this kind of money on furniture and they have no answers for my delivery, wont let me cancel and now they are charging me a fee to bring the 2 pieces that have arrived separate from the other pieces that still are not in stock...what was the $450 delivery fee for? they charge you a delivery fee for each piece of furniture...but then wont deliver it until its all her... read more

I cancelled my order and not received a refund. I've tried to call numerous times and no one answers. I've left messages and emailed. I have not heard back from anyone and have not received my refund.
