Wow.. Why do you need to many different phone lines if you never pick up? How hard it is to assist us with our return? Ordered an item back in November 2020, it is March 2021 and we still getting estimated ETAs for the availability of the item. I totally understand how supply chains are affected by the pandemic. I have had over $10,000 worth of furniture on order for months, they charged me $450 for delivery and they wont deliver anything! It is very frustrating to spend this kind of money on furniture and they have no answers for my delivery, wont let me cancel and now they are charging me a fee to bring the 2 pieces that have arrived separate from the other pieces that still are not in stock...what was the $450 delivery fee for? they charge you a delivery fee for each piece of furniture...but then wont deliver it until its all her... read more
I cancelled my order and not received a refund. I've tried to call numerous times and no one answers. I've left messages and emailed. I have not heard back from anyone and have not received my refund.
I have purchased recliners from The Dump, as well as a sofa and love seat. I have been deeply disappointed with every purchase so far. I was told that they offer NO manufacturer's warranty, so I purchased a warranty every time. The first two recliners broke pretty quickly. I had to purchase another, because I sleep in the recliner, but it broke too! The Dump is a furniture outlet and the merchandise that we purchase very often comes with no vendor warranty. For example, the recliner this customer purchased in 2017 was sold AS IS, however the customer purchased the GBS Protection Plan to cover not only vendor defects, but also accidental damage. I bought a mattress from the Dump and it came sunk in the middle. I filed a complaint and took forever to replace and when they finally did it was damaged. I explained I suffer from lymphedena as a result of breast cancer and they didn't care. I still have the mattress because couldn't afford another one.
Take this as a warning do not shop at the dump they do what they call a bait and switch my furniture arrived we noticed a stain and one of the chairs I immediately contact sent pictures and I had to go into the store to get some of the act on it now months later it still hasn’t been resolved do yourself a favorAnd don’t shop here

Our company would never do a bait and switch. This order had many pieces that were floor sample as is, delivered without any issue on June 27th. We ask that the customer inspect all the merchandise before the delivery driver leaves the home. Again, there were no issues reported at the time of delivery. I purchased a kitchen table from the Dump in Nov 2019, even purchased the extended warranty. By March the table top was peeling. I made several calls and emails to the Dump and warranty company with no response. I finally got an associate to contact the warrenty company who did call me back. I sent in the picture she asked for and got the response that it was water damage (which it is not) and it’s not covered. We have an open service order for this, and have submitted the photos to the vendor and buyer to find out if there have been any other claims like this. The photos show over 50 places where finish has been removed. This is an accumulation of damage and did not happen overnight.
