I have purchased recliners from The Dump, as well as a sofa and love seat. I have been deeply disappointed with every purchase so far. I was told that they offer NO manufacturer's warranty, so I purchased a warranty every time. The first two recliners broke pretty quickly. I had to purchase another, because I sleep in the recliner, but it broke too! I bought a mattress from the Dump and it came sunk in the middle. I filed a complaint and took forever to replace and when they finally did it was damaged. I explained I suffer from lymphedena as a result of breast cancer and they didn't care. I still have the mattress because couldn't afford another one.

Take this as a warning do not shop at the dump they do what they call a bait and switch my furniture arrived we noticed a stain and one of the chairs I immediately contact sent pictures and I had to go into the store to get some of the act on it now months later it still hasn’t been resolved do yourself a favorAnd don’t shop here

I purchased a kitchen table from the Dump in Nov 2019, even purchased the extended warranty. By March the table top was peeling. I made several calls and emails to the Dump and warranty company with no response. I finally got an associate to contact the warrenty company who did call me back. I sent in the picture she asked for and got the response that it was water damage (which it is not) and it’s not covered. Buyer Beware. Of all the stores I have purchased furniture from, this is by far the worse quality sofa we have ever purchased. I even purchased the extended protection plan that cannot be used since this is a "manufacturing" issue that happened two weeks after receipt of the sofas. First technician came out after two months of first reporting issue, made situation worse by breaking the front panel board and had case closed. After numerous phone calls and emails to customer support, a second tech (same tech) came out saw repa... read more

I agree with previous review. Dump furnitue has the worst I agree with previous review. Dump furnitue has the worst ever customer service and horrible way to deal with customers's issues. I bought sofa and a chair from lombard location. But one side of sofa started sinking with 4 months. So when I called customer service to cover under manufactuer warrenty.
