The salesman was way too slow. The mattress I tested/layed on was a soft plush foam mattress. The mattress I received was extremely firm/hard. Not what I paid for.

I went to this store expecting to have a great purchase and spend over *****, I spoke to the sells person (****), he promise me a price for everything that i got, a delivery date and a ******* for ***************************** 300 off right there, so i pick ******************, and everything sounds it great. But the problem was that when i was expecting everything that he promise was a lie, im having a running around with the delivery of my furniture, also they already delivery twice some of the furniture which it was damage... read more

No customer service. Sold defective sofa and I can't get them to repair or replace the sofa.

Terrible place to do business. I bought a sofa, took over a year waiting on a part that never came. **************** was a nightmare, always passing the buck. Definitely buyer beware.

Horrible place. Dont go to this place They are crooks and never fulfill their agreements. Buyers beware.. HORRIBLE PLACE.

Poor customer service in terms of communicating regarding missed delivery dates. The company never communicated delays or new estimated delivery dates unless I called. I waited 8 months and then I canceled the order after calling and getting another date 3 months from now.

Hello, When the order was placed we were out of stock with an expected estimated time of arrival for mid June. That was later changed to late August/early September, and again changed to October and now we are hoping for the end of the year. We apologize for the changed delivery dates and estimated times of arrival. Due to the current global shipping delays we have no control over those dates. Thank you.

I went into the ******* store 09/21 and purchased a leather sectional. They told me it would be a month before it was delivered. I was called and it was delivered. I was not home so I had someone there to accept the delivery. The ottoman is the only piece that came with the legs. I immediately contacted the Dump and got the generic text that someone would contact me. As of this date, no one has contacted me. My recent text requested that a Manager contact me ASAP. I am pleased with the furniture I bought from them and its very good quality, but I hate that they opened another credit card without my consent when I specifically told the sales rep not to apply for another one when I already had one with The Dump. They get you to sign all these forms thinking your just agreeing to the purchase next thing you know theres a new credit card **** in the mail. I could have easily paid the full amount at the time if I would have known.

The Dump may have nice furniture, but they have the worst customer service and delivery service. The first attempt at delivering my furniture, they did not have all the hardware to assemble the bed, so they mailed it to me to do myself. Also, they did not bring one of the mattresses that I had purchased. Scheduled another delivery appointment 3 weeks out for a Saturday. the day before the delivery, they called to say they couldn't deliver to my area on a Saturday.
