Terrible place to do business. I bought a sofa, took over a year waiting on a part that never came. **************** was a nightmare, always passing the buck. Definitely buyer beware.

Poor customer service in terms of communicating regarding missed delivery dates. The company never communicated delays or new estimated delivery dates unless I called. I waited 8 months and then I canceled the order after calling and getting another date 3 months from now.

That was later changed to late August/early September, and again changed to October and now we are hoping for the end of the year. I went into the ******* store 09/21 and purchased a leather sectional. They told me it would be a month before it was delivered. I was called and it was delivered. I was not home so I had someone there to accept the delivery. The ottoman is the only piece that came with the legs. I am pleased with the furniture I bought from them and its very good quality, but I hate that they opened another credit card without my consent when I specifically told the sales rep not to apply for another one when I already had one with The Dump. They get you to sign all these forms thinking your just agreeing to the purchase next thing you know theres a new credit card **** in the mail. I could have easily paid the full amount at the time if I would have known.

The Dump may have nice furniture, but they have the worst customer service and delivery service. The first attempt at delivering my furniture, they did not have all the hardware to assemble the bed, so they mailed it to me to do myself. Also, they did not bring one of the mattresses that I had purchased. Scheduled another delivery appointment 3 weeks out for a Saturday. the day before the delivery, they called to say they couldn't deliver to my area on a Saturday. Your sales associate lied to us about whether the furniture would fit in our house. He told us it would come in three boxes. It did not. He told us not to worry about the paperwork that said we would be charged a restocking fee if it did not fit. And again he promised it would fit. We were very specific in the measurements. You wasted our time and our money. Now you want to charge us a restocking fee and a delivery fee for your incompetence? or is this how you really make your money? .
Bought couch 2k & warranty! Warranty ppl.claimed my frame was faulty and gave full replacement. Took 3mo to get a replacement #. They closed my local store. Next state PA Talked to a man who sent pics of a suitable replacement. Gave me a long delivery date of July 2021. Called in July now they claim I had 6mo to get it replaced. The absolute worst. I purchased a piece from them on May 1st, 2021 for $700 plus $100 shipping. Order number 959QJB899. Said that I would receive a call to schedule delivery and never got one. Called again to schedule delivery. Delivery day came and went, no one showed up. Scheduled delivery AGAIN.
