If I could give this place negative zero stars I would. First, we ordered our couch on March 19,2023 with salesman *********************. He said delivery would occur in two weeks. We did not get our furniture until May 15th. He set up our delivery through a third party service because THE DUMP's delivery service was behind on deliveries. I purchased a couch and loveseat from the Dump in Jan 2022. It starting pilling only a couple of months after I received it. It looks terrible now and am embarrassed of my new couches that I bought with their credit card and am still paying off. I called them last year to inquire why this is pilling so badly. They had me start an official complaint and send in pictures. TERRIBLE SERVICE!I dont recommend at all. **************** will not call you back, have no responses. No parts for repair for my ottoman, it has been 5 months and no answer. Quite ridiculous
I purchased a sectional at The Dump on 2/24/2023. I was told my furniture would be shipped from the warehouse in ******** and I should expect delivery in about 2 weeks. The next day, I stopped in to verify some measurements and to my surprise 4 of the 6 pieces of the sectional were tagged with my name and address and to deliver to me. The dump has the worst furniture I have ever purchased from tables and couches reclining chairs and all above dont not i mean dont spend your money on there junk its definitely a dumb place looks like good stuff but its not ??
The salesman was way too slow. The mattress I tested/layed on was a soft plush foam mattress. The mattress I received was extremely firm/hard. Not what I paid for.
I went to this store expecting to have a great purchase and spend over *****, I spoke to the sells person (****), he promise me a price for everything that i got, a delivery date and a ******* for ***************************** 300 off right there, so i pick ******************, and everything sounds it great. No customer service. Sold defective sofa and I can't get them to repair or replace the sofa.
Terrible place to do business. I bought a sofa, took over a year waiting on a part that never came. **************** was a nightmare, always passing the buck. Definitely buyer beware.
