I have written to The Dump executives with no response after multiple contacts at the local level. We purchased the leather living room set from the ******* store in January and received the sofa, chair, ottoman, and recliner on March 30 and it had craftmanship issues. I contacted our sales representative that same day with photos and he sent me a number to customer service. A technician from *** came out and he fixed some of the issues. Purchased a bedroom set from THE DUMP (appropriately named evidently). Paid over $5000.00 for a king sized bed and accessories. After 2 months of normal use, the supporting slats (particle board 1x3) cracked and broke, causing an obvious slump in the mattress. We are both average weight (180 & 110) and this occurred while sleeping, not moving. When contacting their customer service, we spoke with ******* who told us you took your chances when making this purchase, and offered no satisfaction.

We are sorry to hear that our customer has experienced problems with their furniture. The "you took your chances" comment is in regards to purchasing the extended warranty. In our tri-fold, there is a column for our customers regarding protection of investments. One of the options is to purchase the extended warranty and the other is called "I'll Take My Chances" which carries a service fee that we offered to our customer, but it was declined.

Their service policy is a slow to respond and does not care about their customers it make a difference in my future purchases with the dump you spend more time on the phone begging for help then you do sitting in your furniture *********************** *****

The furniture looks very nice but the service is horrible and you dont discover that until youve paid. I bought a piece and planned to pick it up. It had to be transported from their ******* location. I was told it would be ready for pick ** in four days. That was a few weeks ago. I now have to wait until the end of the month. Four days turned into 30 days and who knows? The reason? It didnt make it on the truck. What kind of operation is this? Thats a horrible way to treat a customer.

If I could give this place negative zero stars I would. First, we ordered our couch on March 19,2023 with salesman *********************. He said delivery would occur in two weeks. We did not get our furniture until May 15th. He set up our delivery through a third party service because THE DUMP's delivery service was behind on deliveries. The delivery company could not get the furniture through our front door at no fault of our own. I purchased a couch and loveseat from the Dump in Jan 2022. It starting pilling only a couple of months after I received it. It looks terrible now and am embarrassed of my new couches that I bought with their credit card and am still paying off. I called them last year to inquire why this is pilling so badly. They had me start an official complaint and send in pictures. TERRIBLE SERVICE!I dont recommend at all. **************** will not call you back, have no responses. No parts for repair for my ottoman, it has been 5 months and no answer. Quite ridiculous

I purchased a sectional at The Dump on 2/24/2023. I was told my furniture would be shipped from the warehouse in ******** and I should expect delivery in about 2 weeks. The next day, I stopped in to verify some measurements and to my surprise 4 of the 6 pieces of the sectional were tagged with my name and address and to deliver to me.
