Marketing Automation
New Capabilities
Global Email Header & Footer Blocks
- What changed: Header and footer blocks in the email template editor can now be saved as reusable blocks and updated across every template that uses them, instead of editing each template one by one.
- Why it matters: Makes it much faster to keep branding consistent — update a header or footer once (a logo, color, or image) and the change reflects everywhere it's used.
- How to check it out: In the email template editor, save a header or footer block to your library, then choose to edit it globally or for a single template.
Applicable to Direct clients only
Template-Level Reply-To Override
- What changed: Custom (Promotion) email templates can now be set to use their own reply-to address, separate from the one address configured for your whole account. A reset option lets you revert a template back to the account default at any time.
- Why it matters: Gives you more flexibility when different campaigns need replies routed to a different inbox or team — without having to change your account-wide reply-to setting.
- How to check it out: Open a Custom email template's sender details and look for the reply-to override option, along with a reset option to revert to the account default.

Content Hub
New Capability
Export Blog & FAQ as HTML
- What changed: Added the ability to export Blog and FAQ landing pages as HTML, compatible with WordPress.
- Why it matters: Gives you the flexibility to publish your content on your own website or CMS instead of being limited to pages hosted by Birdeye.
- How to check it out: Available as an export option when viewing a Blog or FAQ landing page in the Content hub tab.

Listings
Other
Q&A Removed from Listings
- What changed: Removed the Q&A section from Listings AI settings.
- Why it matters: Google no longer provides this data, so the section could only show outdated or incomplete information — removing it avoids confusion.
- How to check it out: N/A — the Q&A section is no longer visible under the Listings tab.
Applicable to both Direct and Partners
Reports
New Capability
Reporting Agent Feedback
- What changed: Added thumbs up/down feedback buttons to insights generated by Reporting Agent.
- Why it matters: Lets you flag which AI-generated insights are useful and which aren't, helping Reporting Agent get better at surfacing what matters most to you.
- How to check it out: Look for the thumbs up/down icons alongside insights generated by Reporting Agent.

Feature Enhancements
Custom Role Access to Agents
- What changed: Admins can now remove access to the Review Response Agent and Listings Agent views for users assigned to custom roles.
- Why it matters: Gives admins finer control over product access, so users who don't need AI agent features can have them hidden from view entirely.
- How to check it out: In Settings → Account → Roles, admins can now toggle off access to the Review Response Agent and Listings Agent.
