This is a long review, but unfortunately needs to be said. I had flooring installed in July. They took out the wood floor and put in LVT. Initially, everything went well, but they had to come back once because the transition piece from my tile to the new flooring wasn't sticking to the floor. Also, the white quarter round that they used to finish the floor was very dingy with lots of black marks and wood spots showing though the white paint. I'm writing this review to help others decide if they want to expose their home and family to such unfavorable conditions. I'm not putting any stars because a negative star was not an option. It began with sales. This young man comes in ask some questions and my wife chose a particular brand he types up the order. What he didn't do was listen. I never do reviews, had to this time! Stay away from 50 Floor. They will take your money and run. On a Friday, I was advised that my wood flooring was received from the mill in Dalton, GA. The following Monday they arrived at my house, removed my carpet and parquet flooring in preparation for laying the oak flooring. On the same day, they installed the flooring, stained the wood and then sealed it immediately. I complained about this place on Facebook a while ago & was told by 50 Floor to remove my post. I did not. On TV you see clean cut employees in matching uniforms. We got sloppily dressed foreigners who barely spoke English. Our furniture was scratched & the old carpet & backing was left in our garage for 2 weeks. My husband was told the way he wanted our stairway done was "impossible "- yet he did it himself. 50 floor customer service is terrible. Contract was signed to do my entire house with LVP. Sales rep said from the day our order is placed to completion of job will be 2 weeks. 2 weeks passed, heard nothing, I called and rep said my flooring was in high demand and it was being manufactured, my flooring will be done and received by the following week. That week came and went, no word, I called and the same rep told me it will be 2 more weeks before they receive my flooring. 2 months total wait time, and our floors are install... read more

the 50 floor company is not an honest business. We asked them to come to our home for an estimate of installing a laminate floor in a bedroom. They quoated $700.00 for the bedroom installation. They also said they may need to replace our Hall Flooring and then install new carpet in the hall and on the stairs. They wrote up a contract for $4, 000.00, requiring a deposit of $1900.00. Met with salesperson 10/13/20 and agreed on laminate flooring for the kitchen. Was told installation would occur in the next couple weeks, which turned out to be more than month later, 11/21/20. On day of installation, we moved items & rearranged things in our kitchen, to make it easier for the installers. The installers arrived on time but they were given 2 different diagrams, including one not for our home, so they thought they were installing carpet. If you have decided to get new flooring installed by 50 Floor, please do your research. If you do the research, you will get another company to do your project with better quality and cheaper. First, 50 Floor Inc, will mislead you on the installation process. We had Luxury Vinyl Planks (LVP) installed joining to existing wood floors. Second, 50 Floor tried to button against the existing wood flooring without removing the all wood threshold transitions between rooms. What a mistake! A simple entire floor carpet install by two interior demolitionists. They destroyed a 6-foot aluminum ladder of mine (not used in install); snipped my cable tv cable off at the wall; left three gaping seems in the carpeting; left blocks of staples all over; so much carpet debris that I'm STILL vacuuming it up; and the carpeting that wrapped around the top landing step looks like it was hacked at with a machete.
