The first time I purchased flooring it was for my kitchen, and I was very pleased with the work, so I had no qualms about purchasing flooring for the rest of my home. I purchased laminate flooring for 4 rooms and a hallway, installed Aug. 17, 2024. I have several complaints from this work. 1. The front of two of my bookshelves were broken and the pieces left on the floor. 2. The head of my treadmill is broken and is now unusable. 3. Floors are not finished been almost 3 months. Cant get the company to answer phone calls from us. panels are coming up off the floor. Base molding is sticking out and crooked. The panels did not go all the way to the wall.

This company is terrible i had my floors done and the workers removed my closet doors to do the floor my doors were working fine when they took them off then when they put them back the right side was working fine the left side was hard to open so i called them to look at the door they said i needed new doors because of the floor which is not true because the right side is working perfect so they refused to have a handyman fix it now i am stuck with a door that does not work!!!!!!

BUYERS BEWARE!! Do Not do business with this company. 1st they called us a week before to let us know that the color we wanted in our upstairs was discontinued and they said we can use the same color as the downstairs (no additional fee) so we agreed. Then they called us again 2 days before the job to tell us they cancelled our appointment and took us off the schedule to come and install flooring as they said they didn't have the materials to do the stairs. They sent installers to my home broke furniture, lost items. left trash behind, and on top of that the installers they sent have criminal records. I contacted them and they just keep pushing me off saying someone will get back to me. 7 months later still not resolved.. not even an apology!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!my next step is to file suit.. you cant just keep kicking the can down the road and think im going away. because I'm not.I do not recommend them and as a real estate broker, this is not a company i would recommend to my clie... read more

50 floors are crooks put two different colors in my hallway one is darker than the other. I call them they just blowing me off. not standing behind their warranty they lie to me. I will see them court.

Terrible customer service, I have been asking for a manager to return a call for a week but still have not received one. I have had nothing but delays and now The contractor left my bathtub completely trashed and the the workmanship was not great. find someone else!
