I had new flooring installed through my entire house to resale my home and the install crew broke an irreplaceable family heirloom and did not disclose to us. We found it put back on the shelf broken. They also ruined several hundred dollars worth of baseboards. This company advertises "free Installation" which is a joke and I was told as much by their own installers. Sept 2017 A sales rep came to my home to show me samples of their flooring. I was looking to replace carpet in my 1100 Sq. Ft townhouse. I told the rep what I was looking for and he talked me into a "high" quality laminate that would be good with pets. Terrible flooring. We spent 27,000 to have it installed. They used Cheap Chinese flooring it's coming a part and was put down wrong. We reach Numerous times for them to give us the run around.

The salesman came out, evaluated our job and we purchased carpet. We cleared the room (no small task) in preparation for the installation. One relatively small male and a female showed up to do the install, without any equipment to move the furniture. I called to tell the people in the store that the furniture was solid wood (heavy) and I didn't feel good about the installers ability to complete the task. But, they started. Think twice before you choose to work with this company!!! ...This product (vinyl plank) was recommended for people with pets in case the pets have accidents, but approximately 2 years after installation at the top of the stairs the vinyl peeled away in 2 very thin strips 13 inches long and 9 inches long by less than a quarter inch in width. I wish I would have read these reviews before contacting this company. They came on time, did the install in 1 day, however, they did not order enough supplies to complete the job. It's been over a month, I've contacted them and even had a guy come out to see what's missing, and still the job is not complete! This is the worst service.
I made an appointment for a sales representative to come to my home between 3 and 5 with a promised phone call 30 minutes prior to their arrival. I waited all day and finally I called the company 4:40 wondering if the rep was coming at all. He called only after the company prompted him to call and said, "I didn't know that promptness was that important to you." Wait? What happened to the appointment time I waited at home for? Originally we were scheduled to have carpet installed on Monday (04/15/2019). We never received an install time so we called the Raleigh office and asked for an estimate time of arrival. We were informed that "the installer never showed up". We wish we knew that earlier. They rescheduled for (04/18/2019). 2 hours after a scheduled phone call to give us an estimate time of arrival we were once AGAIN informed that the "installer never showed up" and we would have to reschedule. 3rd time will not be a charm! Just had almost $8000.00 of flooring put in. Not happy with transition pieces or seaming of areas of the carpet. Trying to get a real person to help resolve is difficult and long distance. Some answering phone "hello" as not even business related. Had I realized that everyone is independent contractor I would have NEVER utilized them. Issues still not resolved. I feel duped.
