Job was estimated with EVERYTHING including floor leveling included. We wanted no surprises. 2.Workers refused to work in masks. 2. No protective sheeting was used. 3. We are getting estimates from multiple flooring companies before finalizing our decision on flooring. Unfortunately before the salesman came, I had to take our dog to an emergency vet appointment. My husband kept the appointment and texted me at one point indicating how unimpressed he was with the salesman. Today and every day when I enter my kitchen and I look at the floor that was installed I get angry. It's been over 108 days since my last communication with 50 Floor, and that was initiated by them asking for a balance due. I explained that inferior installation on their part caused and is causing rips, tears and holes in the flooring. Very upset, dissatisfied customer. I've had to call 3 times and they would send someone everytime didn't do their job now my kitchen flooring is starting to separate which it shouldn't be doing that. Awful experience. I got LVP placed in my kitchen. The installers installed the flooring over top the feet of my dishwasher. I was unaware of this until I had to have my dishwasher repaired. The repair man was unable to get the dishwasher out but because it was en emergent situation he had to get it out. It then because of how the floors were installed, my dishwasher was broken and the countertop. This is a long review, but unfortunately needs to be said. I had flooring installed in July. They took out the wood floor and put in LVT. Initially, everything went well, but they had to come back once because the transition piece from my tile to the new flooring wasn't sticking to the floor. Also, the white quarter round that they used to finish the floor was very dingy with lots of black marks and wood spots showing though the white paint. I never do reviews, had to this time! Stay away from 50 Floor. They will take your money and run. On a Friday, I was advised that my wood flooring was received from the mill in Dalton, GA. The following Monday they arrived at my house, removed my carpet and parquet flooring in preparation for laying the oak flooring. I complained about this place on Facebook a while ago & was told by 50 Floor to remove my post. I did not. On TV you see clean cut employees in matching uniforms. We got sloppily dressed foreigners who barely spoke English. Our furniture was scratched & the old carpet & backing was left in our garage for 2 weeks. My husband was told the way he wanted our stairway done was "impossible "- yet he did it himself.
