We heard from the company several times leading up to the install, just verifying expectations. The crew showed up on time and started working right away. The were polite and professional. They paid attention to detail and did an excellent job installing the floor. They even asked me how I wanted the transition piece to go in the doorway. I would definitely use them again. They even gave me a gift card for posting an honest and positive review.

He also brought in a ton of different floor samples. The two crews that came to the house were very knowledgeable and respectful. They did a great job with the floors. The carpet is beautiful and the crew did a great job. Once they started, did not stop until the job was finished. Everything cleaned up.

Although some reviews are rather mixed, I had a great experience with National Floors Direct. I feel like I got a good deal on the flooring-- especially with the installation considerations that had to be made with the various underflooring in my old house. The crew that installed my flooring was subcontracted by *** to do the installation. I found to be extremely quick and professional-- they floored my entire house in just one day (two stories).***** ******
