I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with meeting the sales rep. It was a nice convenience to have the rep meet me at my house with samples. He wasn't pushy and I appreciated his help with picking out the carpeting. The installers were very nice and efficient. They gave me a 30 minute courtesy call that they were on their way and then a call that the job would be finished in about 20 minutes so it was nice that I didn't have to miss time from work. We had a really good experience with National Floors Direct. They did our kitchen floor. First they ripped our old one and then they installed the new one (see the photo attached). It looks really nice. They were quite flexible in terms of the scheduling and pricing. We love our new floor! So much better than the old one!
