National floors did a phenomenal job installing the flooring on the scheduled date. The installers had a game plan read to get the job done fast and look nice. I am constantly getting compliments on the flooring that we had done in our sunroom. Also it is good to know that this company lets you change a date if an event comes up and you need to reschedule. I chose NFD to replace my outdated carpet to laminate flooring. The staff was professional, very communicative, and the installation was easy. When it came time for installation, the crew was very professional, clean, and installed my floors without any problems.

Happy I decided to use National Floors Direct. Professional and quick service. Like that they bring samples to your home. The installers were wonderful. They answered all my questions and did a fantastic job. Cleaned everything before they left and took all the garbage with them.Would definitely use this company again

We were pleased with the service and quality of carpet received from National Floors Direct. We were referred to them by another happy customer. They were easy to schedule and had weekend appointments. We needed the carpet quickly, and they were able to accommodate us. This was possibly the most pleasant experience Ive had with sales people and technicians. Our salesman was the best. He was very informative about every little thing and not pushy at all which basically made us go with this deal. We had empire come and it was horrible in comparison. The installers were also amazing. They were prompt, professional, neat and clean. He made sure I looked it over for any issues before they left. I would highly highly recommend your company to anyone

Very Professional. The salesman made it easy for me to choose the right floor. He brought the samples to my home. We discussed what I was looking for. He took pictures of what the floor would look like up against my furniture and my kitchen cabinets. He gave me time to think and not rush me. I made the selection and WOW!! I felt as if I had just moved into my home all over again. The installation crew did a fantastic job. I am very pleased and satisfied. I appreciate all they did. My floors are BEAUTIFUL!!!!!

We had a great experience with National Floors Direct. They came out the next day to take measurements and show us samples. We were able to find a style we like and got a price that was lower than local carpet shops. They were able to schedule an install date that week, which was very convenient. The install looked good. We're happy with it.I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review
