We had our dirty kitchen floor done excellently by National Floors Direct last December 6, 2025. It was a seamless process from sale to installation. The crew, ******** and ******* started on time and finished the work with care, quality and efficiency. They both did an excellent job and were very skilled at their work. National Floors Direct did an excellent job installing the floors in my mother-in-laws home (Order Numbers: CT35088, CT35089). From start to finish, the experience was smooth and *************** mother-in-law is Deaf, and the team was incredibly flexible and thoughtful, especially when she needed to remain at home during the installationsomething that understandably made their work more challenging. I know that there are mixed reviews when it comes to National Floors Direct, but at least in the *********** area, I can speak to the quality of their work. My husband was initially wary of them, but my mother had an amazing experience with her carpet install, and it was still looking great a year later. The carpets and flooring are good quality, and their prices make them unbeatable. First off let me say thank you. My daughter love her floor and so do I. The process of putting the floor down was so quick and smooth. They made sure they got my approval of the final finishes before they left in which I thought was awesome. The floor feels so amazing on my feet and I like the colors of the floor. This company is amazing and I would def recommend National Floors Direct. I am currently in the process of fixing up my daughters room

I had a great experience with National Floors Direct. I was able to schedule easily and within a quick timeframe. The quality of the vinyl and carpet was great. Excellent experience cordon selection to installation. The installation was especially difficult due to the heavy furniture that needed to be moved. Quality of carpet is excellent.

I had the pleasure of working with National Floors Direct to install my carpet on short notice. My initial contact with them was warm and inviting. I was quickly scheduled for a consultation the next day. The consultation agent brought several options of carpets to choose from.
