I was very happy with the installation of my rug from National Floors Direct. The installers were timely and professional. The room had large heavy furniture in it, the installers efficiently moved the furniture. Other than the new carpet, you would never know they were there.

The entire experience went very well. Knowledgeable representative visited my home with samples. Installation went without a hitch. Pricing was good. Warranty is even better. National floors did a phenomenal job installing the flooring on the scheduled date. The installers had a game plan read to get the job done fast and look nice. I am constantly getting compliments on the flooring that we had done in our sunroom. Also it is good to know that this company lets you change a date if an event comes up and you need to reschedule.
