NFD was wonderful to work with.....our sales representative arrived on time and with samples for us to review. Everyone from our sales representative to the gentleman who installed the flooring was precise, knowledgeable, and professional. Our sales representative worked with us on financing, showing samples, and scheduling installation all within one appointment. We needed to get carpet installed rather quickly to get our house ready show a showing. Someone showed up the same day that I called to give a free estimate. They beat the price of every other contractor and company that came before them. The quality of the carpet and padding was excellent, and their service was superior. All people involved were courteous and professional.

This was a great experience and it came out very well. I made and got this appointment very quickly and they were out and had the job done within a few days. Two people came to do the install and they were very professional and they did the job in less than 3 hours. I got both my staircases done and they came out excellent. The carpet came with a lifetime guarantee which makes me feel better about having carpet. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review. The people installing the carpet in my home were on time and very courteous. They arrived on time and worked diligently to complete the installation. I work remote and I appreciate that they worked keeping that in mind. They kept the noise and banging to the necessary minimum. They ensured to clean up the area and leave everything as it was found.
