I am so pleased with National Floors Direct! I was able to make initial contact through a contact form, get my consultation/quote appt in 3 days and schedule my installation the next week. The representative that came to my home was prompt, friendly and listened to our vision, but also shared his knowledge and opinion. Mr. Frank took his time, answered all of questions and gave us a feeling that we were making the right decision. I recommend anyone to use for home flooring projects

National Floors Direct was a great choice for us. The process was quick and easy. The sales person was on time and informative and answered every question we had. The fact that he came to the house made it so much easier because we were able to see the carpet samples in each room. The installation crew was fast and cleaned up everything as they went. National Floors Direct does great work. the workers arrived early, were courteous and got right to work. The finished product was amazing. And the best part… the didnt leave a mess. I will definitrly be using them again and recommend them to others. A lil pricey but you get what you pay for… and in this case its top notch work. Agent that came out was really nice and was able to get us the product and schedule within th our intended time frame.The installers arrived within the appointment window. We recently just had new vinyl flooring done in living room and laminate flooring done in one bedroom.These two rooms with the new flooring look awesome.My wife and I are very happy with the professional installation and the beautiful Mohawk flooring.Its hard to tell if the floors are real hardwood flooring.The installers did a excellent job on the flooring installation and moved our furniture out and put it back after each room was done.I highly recommend National Floors Direct for your new flooring.
