From the Sales to the Installers, extremely satisfied. Sales was hassle free, no sales pitch....great assortment of products to choose from. Installers removed and installed two rooms flawlessly. Removing old flooring, and cleaning up after the install, as well as placing large furniture back into place was very satisfying. Will recommend National Flooring to my family and friends.

The prices were half of what the competitors were. We’re able to get the job done in two days instead of 3 to 5 weeks. The sales person came to my house with a large selection of carpet to choose from. The installers were quick and clean would definitely recommend.
I highly recommend National Floors Direct. They are fast, clean, and work well as a team. I paid and before I knew they were at my house changing the carpet. We chose National Floors Direct because of reviews that I read. We were looking to replace carpet in 4 bedrooms with closets, a large hall closet, and laminate that we had in our entry, great room, and dining room. It was a big job! National floors did a great job on my three rooms that needed carpet in two and wood in another. They completed all projects in one day and were professionally, took care moving the furniture and cleaned up after themselves
I had called National Floors Direct after seeing the commercial. I set up an appointment on a very convenient Saturday just a few days later. The sales rep arrived on time and his name was Nick. Nick was very pleasant and knowledgeable. We discussed how our sub floor was not level. There is a bow in our floor and we were concerned it would negatively affect our flooring. They installed within 48 hours after receiving the estimate and the installation team was on time and fast. I will be using them again when it's time to have the rest of my flooring replaced.
