National Floors Direct helped us make our family room a completely new space. The price was low.The customer service team facilitated rescheduling when our renovation fell behind. The crew did fantastic work.They even left matching quarter round and nails so we could install when the (unfinished) baseboard was ready. I have every intention of booking them again for future flooring projects.

I recently hired National Floors Direct to replace the floor in and old 1955 bathroom, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. The team was efficient, prompt and efficient. They arrived on time, worked quickly and left everything spotless. The installation was fast, and quality of the product and workmanship was top-notch. I especially appreciated how courteous and respectful the crew was throughout the process.

Salesperson was punctual and professional When the initial estimate exceeded my budget, the sales person was able to provide a mutually agreeable adjustment to the cost Installers were punctual and reviewed the project prior to beginning Installers work diligently and without break to complete the install Installers did a good job of cleanup and conducted a final review of the project to ensure my satisfaction I received a gift card for my time and posting this honest review

GREAT EXPERIENCE and would hire them again in the future for my other rooms without hesitation!!!!!!!This was the smoothest experience I've ever had. First I scheduled an appt with the sales *** to see the variance sample wood flooring options I had. Next, he scheduled, at our convenience, a date for the install. Everything about the interaction with National Floors Direct was superb??!!! From the initial meeting with the representative to him adjusting my cost so it was comfortable for me and me receiving the exact color carpet I wanted at no extra cost.Those who came to install the carpet was so professional. They completed the job in less than an hour. *** was a great company to work with to have carpet installed. The sales *** was knowledgeable and offered plenty of options to fit our needs. Scheduling install was quick and easy. The install team was punctual and quick in the install. Not only that, they did a wonderful job of install and we are thrilled with the carpet.

I am very happy with my new carpet! I've had gross old carpet in a small bedroom in my house since moving in. I finally got around to replacing and now that I have I wish I had done it sooner. It was reasonably priced and I really like the color and plushness. I am very happy with the install, the edges are all flush and smooth. It was also very quick but they took the time to lay down baking soda on the floor then sweep everything up before putting the new pad and carpet down. Great experience all around!

Everything went reasonably well. We are very happy with our new basement LVP flooring. The sales rep *** was great and professional. The contractors that came did an excellent job. It's important to note that the quarter round that is provided only comes it white, but *********** contractor allowed me to paint them before installation which is very appreciated and saved us time later.
