National Floors Direct installers were very professional… They were very professional and timely. They moved all the furniture as promised. Furniture was handled with care and placed back in the right rooms when completed. All questions and concerns were addressed satisfactorily. They cleaned up and removed all trash and debris after the job was done. I am very pleased with my new beautiful carpet.

Working with this company was super easy. I filled out an online questionnaire and in about 5 minutes I received a phone call. I spoke with a customer service rep in regard to setting up a free consultation. The day of the consultation the rep showed up did measurements and showed me numerous options for my floor.
