Order RI13035: The national floors direct experience was very efficient and smooth. The initial sales *** listened to my needs, style, color, quality, and price. He worked with me to show me the best options and went above and beyond to match my need. The installation went exactly as scheduled, the exact day, the exact style, and installed the exact right way- full removal and ***lacement, no shortcuts. It was completed perfectly with full quality.

Although some reviews are rather mixed, I had a great experience with National Floors Direct. I feel like I got a good deal on the flooring-- especially with the installation considerations that had to be made with the various underflooring in my old house. The crew that installed my flooring was subcontracted by *** to do the installation. I found to be extremely quick and professional-- they floored my entire house in just one day (two stories).***** ******

The National floors team was exceptionally professional and courteous. The salesperson arrived, took my order, gave me a great price and schedule me all in the same visit. There was no need to haggle. The sales professional was already willing to work with me to provide a satisfactory price. His home team agreed and approved the price right over the phone. Great experience all around! Professional staff and they were on time! The *** that came to my house for the consultation was knowledgeable and worked with my needs to help land on the perfect rug for our basement. I made the call and the set up with the salesman was quick and easy. He brought all the necessary samples and we were able to shop at home and put the samples on the floor to get an idea of how our install would look. Our installation was the following week. We had a little problem and that was immediately taken care of. I will be using them again.

I am so glad that I went with ***. The team hired for my installation were professional and accommodating. The took extreme care of my furniture. I didnt have to worry about cleaning up after the completion of the job or stress over putting my furniture back in place. These guys went above and beyond my expectations. *** and the crew deserve kudos for doing an amazing job!
