When I first got to talk to NFD I knew it would be getting a good deal. From the sales person to the installation guys, everyone was really nice. I love my new basement and the carpet looks much better than the sample I’ve seen. It’s fluffy and comfortable. I can’t wait to finish furnishing and quick back and relax with my new carpet floor.

I am very satisfied with my purchase from National Floors Direct. The salesman was friendly and explained everything to us. I was provided instructions on what to expect from my order. The installers arrived early for the installation. They did a great job and spent a good amount of time installing. I would highly recommend going with National Floors Direct over the big box stores. I was so impressed with the professionalism of National Floors Direct! I called and literally the next day they came to my house. The Representative was very pleasant, listened to what I wanted and had many options to show me, plenty of different styles, thickness and colors. The pricing was also competitive with a little wiggle room depending on how you paid and when. Overall I was extremely impressed, I would absolutely use them again and I would highly recommend them. Great job, thank you!!

This is my second time using NFD for flooring in my home. Seven years ago we have laminate floors installed. A pipe issue in the kitchen caused damage to a few planks so we decided to have the luxury vinyl installed in the kitchen since it is waterproof and more durable. It looks amazing! I can't wait to afford to extend the LVP into the living room and hallway. Also both times the installers were professional and through. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review.
