I would highly recommend National Floors Direct to any and all as my experience with them exceeded any expectations. I submitted a request, got an immediate response and set up an appointment. I basically knew the product I wanted as I had been to big box stores and collected samples.I decided on a vinyl flooring in a greyish wood grain to use in a high traffic area. Installer was quick, experienced and polite. They cleaned up after themselves during and after the job. Only wish the installer and salesperson were on the same page. Salesperson said the installer would move furniture around, the installer said they don' do that
From the moment I contacted NFD I have had nothing but great customer service. I immediately got a phone call from NFD where the woman set up an appointment to have a sales rep come to my home within days. The sales rep, Margaret Mullen, was friendly, professional, patient, knowledgeable about the products and very accommodating. I recently had National Floors Direct install new laminate flooring in my living room and hallway. I am very happy I stopped procrastinating and took care of this. The workers promptly removed my old carpeting and went right to work on the new flooring. These workers were professional, hard working and really paid strict attention to all details. If you are considering new floors, you have come to the right place. We built a den for my kids and wanted something very durable that looked nice and would not break the budget.
