Cannot recommend this company.While the flooring I chose is lovely, the issues I have are with lack of communication (in particular not knowing the time the install would happen until the day of install.) The day of the install, the crew was late, I understand things happen but to tell me you'll arrive by 10:00 and then not show up until 12:00? Post install I am still finding nails all over the place. When financing, this company FULLY charges you for your order, despite not being installed. They have completed one installation, after a reschedule. The carpet for the stairs has been rescheduled now 3 times, each time with a different excuse. They refuse to cancel my order.I would never recommend this company on the single reason that they charge you fully before the install and give you no recourse. Poor customer service and a shady operation.

Lousy Warranty only 90 days for labor and materials on vinyl flooring.Complete Contract only online 28 pages. When requested paper contract never mailed it.

National Floors Direct in my oppion is a very shady company and they threatened to not let the installers install the floor unless I signed a change of work order when they arrived to install the floors. I felt like I was being blackmailed into signing because of the time line for completion. Why is this business still in existence.

I had a floor installed by National Floors Direct 1.5 years later it is cupping and pulling up in places I spent $7623.36 and now the floor is junk. I contacted National Floors direct and the manufacturer **** flooring and told me the could do nothing for me. The floor is supposed to have a 15 year warranty.

Very shady sales practices. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT with them unless you know what you want and have other quotes. The will give you a "today" price and another that is twice as much and valid for 30 days. In the "todays price" contract you will be waiving your 3 day right to cancel contract, will have absolutely no recourse if you change your mind or have problems. I would give them 0 stars if possible. They are scammers and crooks! The free home estimate is all a lie. They tried to play games with me and tried to sneak in extra charges! Everything was supposed to be included and they three days later called and tried to charge me for ripping up flooring I didnt even have. They also tried to sneak in charging me for baseboards I didnt need. Day of install, I never received a confirmation someone was coming. I called to reschedule and I was told it would be a fee attached, because I called one day before my appointment. I read my pre installment agreement and it doesn't state anything about a fee for rescheduling.Also I never received a copy of my contract as promised by the sales representative...
