We have paid full for a job that was not completed. When I went to follow-up and ask when they would return, the woman said the cove base was not included or part of contract. If it wasnt part of the contract, why would the guys stop half way because they ran out of material? I mentioned prior to hiring them (multiple times) that I wanted the crocs base done as well and they said it was included. I was lied to and they stated I signed the contract and it wasnt added.
I am so disappointed and hurt. We just buy our home and wanted to look and feel as home. We just wanted to add carpet in our basement. We did know that it will be h*** The female manager at 561 area code is so rude and unprofessional. The sales person made a mistake on the measurements so the carpet people did not complete the work. Never thought that a company that advertises so heavily and you would think gets plenty of business, would do such a poor job in hiring a sales team. In a nutshell, my salesman promised me what the company wasn't prepared to honor. When I presented my frustration and unwillingness to meet the demands of the company, I was told that the contract has a clause that basically negates whatever "bill of goods" my salesman had used to persuade me into entering into the contract. I responded to the television ad to order bedroom carpeting. The salesman pitched a deal that seemed quite reasonable, and gave instructions on what I'd need to do on installation day. His info in no way matched the printed email instructions I received upon purchasing. I did reach out by phone to the salesman before my installation date, but he never returned my calls. ************* They quote a price after THEY measured the room and ordered supplies but when installers arrive they don't have enough to finish the room so left section unfinished. The installers did not speak English so got frustrated with my questions and left - job unfinished. Call to customer service was futile because they were so rude and dismissive. Please stay away from this business!!! I would consider them a fraudulent business. I was scheduled to have my carpet installed in the laundry room and had requested that they move the laundry machine. Upon their arrival, they let me know that they were unable to move the laundry machine. I had let them know that I would like to receive a refund given that they are unable to move the laundry machine and they told me no. Five month old carpeting on our stairs is falling apart and national floors direct said theres nothing they can do. We did not buy the cheapest we bought close to the most expensive. Again she said theres nothing we can do. We had hardwoods put in last year buy them excellent job carpeting do not do it because they dont stand by that work. Ridiculous
I had the worst experience ever with this company. First the salesperson **** seemed to be saying everything we wanted to hear and really sold us. We signed the contract thinking we would get exactly what he said to us and to his manager which is the entire basement floors ripped up, leveled and tiled. Well low and behold the day the workers came to do the job they said it was above their scope of work and the salesperson **** put on the contract 2 cement bags instead of enough to complete a while basement.
