DON'T DO IT. DON'T DO IT!!!!!!, I purchased some carpet 10/10/2022. The carpet was installed on 10/26/2022. I paid for a white trim to go around the door entryway and the installer tells me that it can't be done. He puts down what he felt was appropriate. I called the company and spoke to ********, who is supposedly a supervisor (has a bad attitude) and she informed me that the trim that I paid for was not the appropriate trim for that entryway. I was quoted a price for flooring and gave a deposit based on the cost. I requested to. Cancel the order and they refused to return the deposit I received notification of needing more money. These people are bad to deal with and I would NOT use them for they are crooks and attempt to extort money from customers
I had a vinyl floor installed on Oct 22,2022. When the installer opened the box it was the wrong color. It did match the Swatch I chose. NOT AT ALL. I have pictures to prove. The flooring they brought was about 4 shades darker. Even the installer agreed. It had the name and number that was on there order sheet but it did not match the swatch I chose. I hired National Flooring Direct to install wood flooring. They brought the wrong wood and I refused to accept the laminate flooring they brought . They wouldnt locate the flooring I ordered . I waited months I lost my deposit and was out $ ***** for the wood I ordered. I had to pay for more wood and installation from a different company. I got a lawyer and I am still trying to get my money back !!! Please do not use this company !!! You will not get what you paid for and will regret dealing with National Flooring Direct .
Their TV add for carpeting at $333.00 a room is misleading. Supposed for a 10X10 foot room. (11 square yards). My room is 13X14 (22 square yards); and the price jumped to $1600.00. RIDICULOUS. What a waste of my time.
No one should get stuck in the trap of this business! They have a vicious contract which pushes you against the wall. You should rad the contract very cards before signing, because it WILL s**** you in the end!First I called the company by phone to inquire about estimated prices. They said on the phone that they don't give estimated prices by phone. Completely unethical, falsely and takes advantage of customers pushing them against a wall - starting with our Salesman. Problem #1: started with the Salesman who completely lied to us during the estimate visit. Told that we wanted to install the floor before moving in, we were looking to install within 2 days. Lie #1 - He said that based on "inventory" the quickest he could do was a higher end (which was more expensive) product. As the product still fit within my budget, we proceeded to go with it. Absolutely DO NOT recommend this company! The salesman did not give accurate or truthful information. We were not informed that the tile would need to be removed, we were told there would be a padding underneath where the current flooring was to raise it to the height of the flooring that would cover the flooring over the tile. We were guaranteed that it would be finished in one day. All of this was not true. This company is a joke and I wish I did more research on them before I paid $23,000 up front to them. I was given no type of time break down or when installers would be coming. The installers had no knowledge upon starting my tile installation that they were to rip up the old floor as they were about to go over the old tiles. When I called earlier a woman answered the phone after 3 calls in and finally greeted me but was standoffish when I had questions but I disregarded her dismissiveness.
