Installer were very professional. They called 30 minutes prior to arrive on the site. They have a short discussion about how to proceed and what to install in the site. They asked if I have any question or request for the installer. Once completed we had a walk trough and I signed off the work. I am very satisfied with the work. Strongly recommended.
I am happy I chose *** for my home carpet installation as it was a job well done. From start to finish it was the easiest process for me. The representative who came for my free estimate was very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. The professionals did well removing my old carpet and padding as well as moving the furniture in and out of the room. The process was easy. I called. Set up an appointment. The salesman came. Presented the carpets to choose from. We nehotiated a fair and reasonable price. I gave a deposit. I was notified of the installaion date. They installed the carpet ...it looks beautiful! It was a pleasure doing buisness with National Floors Direct!
I scheduled my in home estimate online and receive a phome call shortly after to disciss the details. After the in home estimate, I was able to select the carpet and hardwood flooring that I liked. I was able to schedule flooring and carpet to be installed within a few weeks. They were able to install hardwood flooring in two rooms and carpet in 3 bedrooms all in one day! They did a pretty good job installing, and were able to install new hardwood flooring flush to existing flooring.
