Sales process was very simple and efficient. I was impressed with the quality of the carpet offerings. While next day installation wasnt possible, we had a scheduled appointment in less than a week. Install crew showed up on time and was courteous. The carpet exceeded my expectations from a comfort and quality standpoint. Would use again for sure.

The sales rep was on time and easy to talk to. He had more than enough samples to choose from.The sales rep went over the care and warranty in an easy to understand manner.The installation techs were on time, amazingly fast and treated my home with respect and took care not to damage *********** installation techs cleaned the area before leaving.The installation techs courteous and took care of a couple of issues without hesitation.I would definitely use National Floors Direct again.

We decided to install new carpet in our living room hall way and stairs. NFD sales person was great. He got us the best price and prompt installation. The installers were on time and professional. They assisted in moving our larger furniture that we couldn't move. Installation as quick and looks great. Installers did a quick clean up and vacuum when they were done leaving the installation area nice and clean.Great price great product Thank you NFD!"

The salesman was very friendly and professional. When it came time for the install, we were given very specific directions via email. The installation team took care of removing and discarding all the old carpet. One issue I had was that I wasn't happy with the way the carpet was installed under the base board so I asked the installer to fix it which he did. I felt it was a little expensive for the size of the rooms that were carpeted, but overall the rooms looks nice."

I highly recommend National Floors Direct. It was almost a thousand dollars cheaper than any other quotes we got and the quality of the product is fantastic. Our installer was quick and precise. Our salesman, ******, was very accommodating and not too pushy. We will definitely use them for future projects!

The price was lower than quoted from other flooring stores. The work was started and done promptly and efficiently. Communication was great from the start. The carpet looks great and is what was promised. Overall, it was a great experience and I am satisfied with the result.

The salesman was very friendly and professional. The two guys that installed were also very professional and cleaned up the area well. The management team was easy to reach and accommodated all of our needs. The procedure to get an appointment was very easy and fast! We are very pleased with the final outcome of the flooring.

National Floors was excellent. Our sales person ***** was personable and knowledgeable and he really worked hard to get our wants and needs into our budget. Then on installation day I was thoroughly impressed by the hard working duo that put in the floor. They answered questions and were courteous and efficient. I mean really efficient. When the job was complete they completely cleaned up and the job was perfect. I will definitely us ***************** again for our next project.
