. I recently decided to replace 26 year old carpets. The process couldn't have been easier. From my phone call to set up the appointment to the consult. The young man who came to the house was knowledgeable , pleasant and very helpful. I was overjoyed to find out I didn't have to move the furniture off the floor the installers just moved it around. Even better it was done in a day. The floors look awesome. I couldn't be happier. "

I had an excellent experience with ***. The rep helped me choose a carpet that was appropriate for the space and was knowledgeable about design issues to consider. We scheduled quickly and the installation process was smooth and easy. The room looks great. We are very happy with the quality of carpet and how warm it makes the room feel. I would definitely hire them again. I received a gift card in exchange for posting an honest review.

I admit to being a little nervous about the prospect of in-home sales. But this went very smoothly and I was pleased with the result (even tricky carpet installation on stairs and around lots of little radiator and entry door cuts). Communication was smooth, everything was on time. I would use them again.

After I made initial contact with **********************, the salesman came directly to my home at my convenience. ****** free sale as he helped us pick the carpet that was perfect for our basement. From the time of sale to installation was about 3 weeks because we picked a carpet that was just made available by the manufacturer - that was fine with us. From the first phone call to ***************, to the salesperson coming to my house, to the finished product, we had a great experience. The customer service phone people are courteous, responsive, and engaged. The installers arrived an hour early - and were gracious to wait 15 minutes for me to return home. They worked hard, took no breaks, and cleaned up after themselves. We are very pleased with our new carpets!!

My experience with ********************** was very positive from sales to installation. It was flawless. The sales associate was professional and knowledgeable. I had other companies that came in and they could not compare at all. The two individuals that came to install the carpet were fast, thorough and courteous, I would recommend ***. Exceeded my expectations.Well done!

I had a very positive experience using **********************. They did the carpet for my basement. After seeing the ad on TV, I called and they were able to come the next day! The representative was very informative and brought many samples for me to choose from. The price was very reasonable and they were able to come and do the work soon after. The installation team was very professional and efficient. The room looks brand new and the family is very happy with the results.
