Jared the sales consultant was awesome. He arrived and was very professional. Listened to all our questions and answered all our concerns. The day of the install, the installers called and let us know they would be at our house earlier than expected. Very professional and polite. Fast and clean install. We will definitely be using national floors direct in the near future. Keep up the great work.

Repeat customerThis is my second time using *** for flooring in my home. Seven years ago we have laminate floors installed. A pipe issue in the kitchen caused damage to a few planks so we decided to have the luxury vinyl installed in the kitchen since it is waterproof and more durable. It looks amazing! I can't wait to afford to extend the *** into the living room and hallway. Also both times the sales person and the installers were professional and through."

Not your grandfather's carpet store but good systems and speed/predictability well worth some big company feel.National Floors Direct recently installed carpeting in a lounge section of our new office. They were expeditious in both their availability for quote and installation (although I did order carpet they carry in stock). I am very satisfied with my purchase from National Floors Direct. The salesman was friendly and explained everything to us. I was provided instructions on what to expect from my order. The installers arrived early for the installation. They did a great job and spent a good amount of time installing. I would highly recommend going with National Floors Direct over the big box stores.

I would recommend National Floors Direct to anyone who is looking to find an all-around great experience. The sales rep was punctual, took the time to understand our needs and requirements, and was able to get us the best price possible. The installation was great as well. The crew was fast, efficient, and the end result was 10/10. I specifically got carpet installation, but I plan to use *** again for any of my future flooring needs. The team at National Floors Direct are true professionals.

We spent nearly nine months researching companies to install our new vinyl flooring. We compared quality, price, customer reviews and customer service quality. National Floors Direct beat the competition hands down in each category. The installers were professional, courteous and took the time to walk through our home with us to go over specific questions we had about the installation process.
