We were very pleased with **********************. They were able to provide an estimate incredibly quickly and the sales associate was very professional and knowledgeable. The installation was scheduled promptly as well and exceeded our expectations. They also were able to be very competitive from a pricing standpoint so all in all it was a great experience.

National Floors ****** was fantastic to deal with!! The rep who came out was great offered a number of choices to fit our needs. The timing of install was especially great only a few day which is what we needed!!The installers communicated really well on timing, the guy said they would arrive @ 4:10 and that is exactly when they were there. When installers finished they asked for me to inspect which i did and they did great job.
When I first contacted National Floors Direct, I was not sure what to expect. From the moment we called National Floors direct the people in customer service were extremely nice and willing to make whatever worked best for us possible. We called them and within the same week they were at our house and we were looking at flooring. They brought multiple different options for us and made sure everything was within our budget. Everyone was wonderful. Our floors turned out beautiful. Professional, courteous and hardworking. Planning to have them back for more installs in our home. So so happy with how everything turned out. The floors really made our house a home.
National Floors Direct did a great job installing the floors in our basement. My wife and I were extremely stratified in choosing them. The installers took their time to make sure everything was perfect, even went out of their way to fix little imperfections we had in our basement. Well wroth the investment, we will use them again for our laundry room.
I submitted an online inquiry, and within a few days we had an appointment at a time that worked for us. The salesman arrived on time, and was very polite. The installation was delayed due to a snow storm, but the customer service was very kind and accommodating about rescheduling for a time that worked for us. The installation team was great! All of the National Floors Direct staff was very respectful of our home, and safety. I would definitely recommend National Floors Direct to my friends and family.
Mike showed up on time and was very professional. He showed us all the samples in person and they were large enough to get a sense of which floor would look best in our room. Then he used a software on his iPad to show us how the one we chose would look in the room we wanted it in which solidified our decision.
