The sales representative was very helpful in showing me my options. He was very personable during the in-home estimate and made sure I was happy with my purchase. The payment method was not as positive, however. I did not know ahead of time that the down-payment could not be done by card, which made it a hassle. The day of installation the team showed up three hours after the delivery window which was not enjoyable. They did a good job at installing, however. From the initial meeting where we picked out which carpet we wanted and they took measurements to the installation date which we picked - everything went really smooth. My initial experience with the sales representative didn't go well at all. Because of this the manager called me and sent a new representative who was extremely professional as well as thorough and knowledgeable. Both install teams were very polite and quick.
