I was happy with the work provided by National Floors Direct. Their pricing was fair compared with other competitors. They were able to install sooner than other companies I got quotes from. The staff was on time, completed the job quickly and were courteous. I would use them again if I have carpeting needs.
I was browsing for carpet installation and came across National floor direct. As they were offering free quote I thought I would give a try. The sales executive came up with bunch of options and showed differences in each material and help me decide the carpet type and pattern. We are pleased with how our basement carpeting came out. The sales representative was a gentleman and helped us pick out the right carpet for our basement. It was an over all great experience. The price was reasonable and the product was high quality. I definitely recommend.
Jared the sales consultant was awesome. He arrived and was very professional. Listened to all our questions and answered all our concerns. The day of the install, the installers called and let us know they would be at our house earlier than expected. Very professional and polite. Fast and clean install. Repeat customerThis is my second time using *** for flooring in my home. Seven years ago we have laminate floors installed. A pipe issue in the kitchen caused damage to a few planks so we decided to have the luxury vinyl installed in the kitchen since it is waterproof and more durable. It looks amazing!
