NFD was amazing!!! I called for someone to come to my house with samples-they came on time and with multiple samples. The salesman was very knowledgeable on all products and did not rush my decision. He also got me discounts. Then I gave them a day that I wanted the install. They called that morning to let me know the time frame. Installation was scheduled very quickly. The installation team were skilled and did a beautiful job. The product is a great quality. The entire process was seamless. From start to finish our experience was great! I put my information in the website for a quote and within 10 minutes got a phone call. The woman got someone to my house the next day and accommodated my work schedule. The man that came was patient and professional. He had good knowledge of the products and explained the process from start to finish. I had a great experience with National Floors Direct. I interviewed two other companies, and although they were about $500.00 cheaper I went with NFD. The quality of their product was much better. I need to replace carpet in our finished basement, in my office and in our walk-in closet. They removed and installed everything within one day!
