Had *** install vinyl plank in a bathroom. Product is of excellent quality and competitive price. **** and his partner showed up during the committed time window and quickly got to work. The install went smoothly and the resultant finished product was outstanding and exceeded my expectations. Will definetly do business with *** again.

The work was efficient. *** sent two workers who worked from 9:30am to 10:30pm. The overall quality of the work was solid and the crew was professional. I wish the cleanup had been a bit more thorough but overall I would recommend them. The new floors look great!

I made an appointment online and they showed up promptly! I also received a phone call to confirm my appoint before. The showing agent at my house was friendly and followed are needs for a tailored experience! Everyone was on time, always. And the carpet installers were fast and efficient of carpeting my whole 2nd floor. I would recommend this service to anyone! I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review.

The installation of my new carpet from National Floors Direct is complete. The whole process took less than 2 1/2 weeks from my Free In-Home ******** request, to the completed installation. When I requested my Free In Home ********, I was called within 10 minutes, and an appointment was made for the day I requested for the measure and quote.******** ** came to my home, brought samples, told me about the various styles of carpet, measured my room and gave me a quote. With getting our order executed we had a great experience overall. **** our rep was easy to work with, and very honest regarding product feedback and answering all of our questions regarding quality and style. We took his suggestions into consideration in making our choices, however overall the process was smooth and non-pushy. As for installation, the team that arrived came on time, and left no mess. From the very beginning initial phone call they were honest,professional,curtios,followed upon every step from purchase to completion. When the installation began the gentleman called before they came on schedule and cleaned up and walked me through each room for inspection and everything was perfect. They even gave me a $25 ****** Gift Card for filling out a survey with my honest opinion

I had an overall great experience from beginning to end. I initially set up an appointment online. I received a call shortly after to receive confirmation of time and date. When the person came out to see where I needed carpet, he showed up on time and was very helpful. He brought carpet samples and was transparent about pricing and installation availability. I confirmed price and date of installation. Installers came out a week later and did an amazing job. I highly recommend. Thanks!
