National Floors Direct installed some wall to wall carpeting in my home. The company did what they promised. Installation was timely. Workers were professional, courteous, and efficient. The product was high quality and reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to recommend NFD for installation of flooring or carpeting.
I was past due on taking out my carpet at my house due to finding a company that would be somewhat near my budget. It wasn't until I found National Floors Direct, they not only have the most affordable prices but offer the best hard work. After choosing what style of flooring I wanted, the team began to work quickly removing my carpet and installing the flooring. 10/10 recommend national floors direct! The estimate worked for my budget, the carpet quality by far exceeded by expectations. The installation was within a timely manner! The gentlemen who came to install were on time, efficient, extremely polite and above all cleaned up after themselves! Xavier the sales rep was very courteous and helpful. He did not rush us when we were trying to pick a color for our carpet. The installers moved all my furniture and put it all back where it belonged. They removed the old carpet and padding and cleaned up all the mess. They even swept the new carpet. Everyone from the sales rep, installers to the costumer service rep have all been very helpful.
This is the third time I used the service of NFD as these guys know what they are doing. Your knowledgeable sales team makes it a breeze to select from numerous choices of carpets available. I called national floors Direct and they came out the next day to give me an estimate on replacing carpet in three rooms and a staircase in my home. They had lots of options to choose from. They came in 15% less then competitors. The day of my installation went very smoothly. Two men showed up at the earlier end of the time frame they gave me. They worked quickly and efficiently. He was friendly and efficient and provided great insight and information when it came to carpet selection. The selection was great and pricing was very fair.
