I am very satisfied with my purchase from National Floors Direct. The salesman was friendly and explained everything to us. I was provided instructions on what to expect from my order. The installers arrived early for the installation. They did a great job and spent a good amount of time installing. I would highly recommend going with National Floors Direct over the big box stores.

Had my living room and hallway done with carpet and they came out really nice. Customer service and installers were very helpful and courteous throughout the whole process. I would recommend National Floors Direct to family and friends.

I would recommend National Floors Direct to anyone who is looking to find an all-around great experience. The sales rep was punctual, took the time to understand our needs and requirements, and was able to get us the best price possible. The installation was great as well. The crew was fast, efficient, and the end result was 10/10. I specifically got carpet installation, but I plan to use *** again for any of my future flooring needs. The team at National Floors Direct are true professionals.

We spent nearly nine months researching companies to install our new vinyl flooring. We compared quality, price, customer reviews and customer service quality. National Floors Direct beat the competition hands down in each category. The installers were professional, courteous and took the time to walk through our home with us to go over specific questions we had about the installation process. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review.

Everything was quick and easy with ***. Their customer service, free estimate and installation teams were all fantastic. The carpet was installed in our family and bedroom and looks great. It took two days to install the carpet and vinyl flooring in my three rooms but only because my house was so small and there was nowhere to move furniture to do it all at once. The installation team were professional and respectful while shuffling furniture around from one room to the other and back again. They completed the work on time over two consecutive days so my house wasn't a total disaster for multiple days. Customer service was attentive and easily accessible. Installation was on time, installers where pleasant and productive, and I love my new carpet. It was an absolutely great experience. We were skeptical initially, since we had no idea how the contractors and product would work and look. We were surprised, the guys were extremely thorough, did and initial walkthrough of what was ordered and what is expected Great! They were quiet and clean, cleaned up after themselves in every room, they practically added flooring thru out the whole house. The end result was amazing.
