Would definitely update flooring in my house with them again. The free estimate was quick and they were in the house the next day. Other companies took 2 weeks to respond. On the day of the install, the floor installers came early. They were professional clean and did a great job. We could not be happier with our final product.
They were extremely professional and prompt. From the first contact to the last time the installers walked out the door. The entire experience was excellent. The new laminate floors are beautiful. They are warm, solid and really incredible. I'm thrilled with the choice of color and how well the work was done. From Salesperson to installer was great. We needed a carpet installed in a few weeks and called NFD. We had a carpet installed within 2 weeks. Installed left room very neat and didn’t even leave a mark on the wall. I have already recommended them to family and friends.
From the moment I made the online request for an In home consultation every thing was a nice smooth process. The install tech was early, patient and competent answered all of our questions and left us feeling confident in our purchase. We have two more bedrooms that we will hire them again for with our hesitation.
National Floors Direct installed a beautiful new floor over an old basement floor and improved not only the floor but the entire family room. Everything was clean and vacuumed and ready to use that day.
