My initial experience with the sales representative didn't go well at all. The manager called me and sent a new representative who was extremely professional as well as thorough and knowledgeable. Both install teams were very polite and quick. Communicating with NFD was easy which helped with planning my install. All customer service reps were extremely polite.

They are a excellent company. Extremely professional and prompt. For the first contact to the last time this installers walked out the door in entire experience was excellent. I fell that a let of companys are out to do a job as quickly as cheaply as possible but not the case with National Floors Direct. From the time that I inquired about getting an estimate to the time that the carpet was installed, I was very impressed with National Floors Direct. The salesperson that came out was very patient and knowledgeable answering our questions and giving us information on multiple options and also gave pricing for our Kitchen Floor which we plan to do in the near future. National Floors Direct was professional as were the installers. They did a good job installing the carpets in my bedroom. “I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review”. I hired them to do my stairs.

We have used national floors direct 3 times in the last 2 years. We have not been disappointed yet. Our sales representative always understands our needs and concerns, and was so helpful in our decision process. Our carpet was installed on time with no issues and we love it. It is high quality and the color is beautiful. Another job well done! We will continue to use them when we need flooring.

Loved my experience. First visit the rep came on time and was very attentive to my needs. She made sure I did not settle or push myself to far beyond what I actually wanted. Day of installing the people were so nice and professional. They were quick and kept my little one entertained.

NFD arrived early on the day of installation. The installer reviewed the order, the flooring, and the rooms with me before starting any work. Once everything was ready, the work was performed in an efficient and clean manner. The flooring is great, and the selection that NFD recommended to match the existing material was perfect. After the project, the installers cleaned everything and performed a walkthrough with me. Great work! I would definitely use NFD again!

We are happy with the overall service received from the National floors. The sales representative was very patient & cooperative. The price quoted was very reasonable compare to other vendors. And they also did the price match. The installation team was punctual & very efficient. The product quality was excellent at low price. Our living area looks amazing. . Thanks National Floors.
