I had a very positive experience using **********************. They did the carpet for my basement. After seeing the ad on TV, I called and they were able to come the next day! The representative was very informative and brought many samples for me to choose from. The price was very reasonable and they were able to come and do the work soon after. The installation team was very professional and efficient. The room looks brand new and the family is very happy with the results.

From start to finish our experience was great! I put my information in the website for a quote and within 10 minutes got a phone call. The woman got someone to my house the next day and accommodated my work schedule. The man that came was patient and professional. He had good knowledge of the products and explained the process from start to finish. Installation was scheduled very quickly. The installation team were skilled and did a beautiful job. The product is a great quality. The entire process was seamless.I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review, but even if I didnt, I would highly recommend ********************** for any flooring project.
Our technician was awesome! He was able to complete a 500sq. ft. job all on his own in a very reasonable amount of time. Not only was he fast, but he did a tremendous job. The technician was punctual, polite and clean. The one thing that set him above all else is that he checked in with us multiple times to make sure everything met our standards.Our sales representative was friendly and very understanding of our financial ceiling. In fact he was able to get us a great deal, and we are beyond happy with the final product.
