This was with a doubt one of the best experiences I ever had dealing with any contractor. From the first live contact on the phone to the last time the installers walked out my door I was showed complete professionalism. Whoever came to my house they always arrived within the assigned time window. The entire job was done quickly without any issues whatsoever. National flooring direct was very professional from the beginning straight through to the end. They explained the whole process and explained the cost. The rep went up and beyond to get us a great cost for our purchase. The installer was very professional as well and answered our questions that we had in detailed. Very happy with National flooring direct and would recommend them to everybody who needs flooring.
they did a great job. my husband wanted carpet but i talked him into vinyl flooring in our living room. He tells me daily how great it looks. It looks like real wood not what u would think vinyl would look like. It is also durable we have a dog and it doesn't scratch.
We were very pleased with our experience with National Floors Direct. The sales person who came out was very friendly and helpful and listened to us and was able to help us choose the perfect carpet. He was also very patient as we had a hard time deciding. I like that they are all name brand carpets. The installer was great too and I was surprised there was only 1 installer to complete 3 bedrooms but he worked efficiently and got the job done. I love our new carpets and would recommend National Floors Direct.

I was referred to National Floors Direct by a close friend who happens to work for the company. The process was seamless from beginning to end. My wife and met with our Sales Rep Gregg who was extremely knowledgeable, prompt and professional. Along the way we were contacted prior to installation to confirm dates and arrival times. We were incredibly happy with National Floors Direct. Our salesman was thorough, engaging, and stayed very late with us to help us pick the perfect floors. He committed to a price which included fixing our subfloor and we never paid a penny more. Installation was done in one day (including fixing MANY imperfections in our subfloors) and our floors look beautiful! We would definitely recommend using them again.
