Our experience with National Floors Direct was extremely positive. The Sales specialist we worked with was very knowledgeable and helped secure us a great deal on our flooring install. We installed ~1900 sq feet of luxury vinyl plank (redoing our entire first floor) and thought for sure that the install would take several days to complete. Our installers arrived when they said they would (on the day of install, within the window we were given) and went right to work on install. Had a great experience from start to finish. The sales rep who came out was professional, kept me within my budget and was so patient with me while I tried to make my decision. When they came out to do my carpets, they were done in about 2 1/2 hrs. That’s with moving my furniture in and out, removing all the old carpets, carpeting all three rooms and doing cleaning up. Would definitely recommend.

We had a very pleasant experience working with National Floors Direct. The associate who came to our home was friendly and knowledgeable. The installation occurred in two weeks which is what we wanted as we had to paint beforehand. We had two rooms of carpet installed and they look wonderful. We would definitely use them again and would recommend to friends.

Everything worked out great. From the time of the initial sales meeting to the time of installation, everyone was professional and efficient. The cost was extremely competitive and they beat all other prices, which was an excellent deal for the product. I would definitely use them again.

I always check BBB before doing business with a company, so I believe it is important to leave a review. National Floors Direct from the sales rep to the installers were excellent people and provided excellent service. I would highly recommend.....and of course, you are not going to pay only 333.00 for one room, but the service was great. Thank you

National Floors provided an exquisite service! Just moved to Haverhill, MA and they increased my moving-in experience by ensuring my floors were updated quicly and safetly during these unsure times. I want to emphasize on the professionalism, punctuality and great service they provided, along with appropriate follow up. My husband and I currently are planning to hire them again for some additional flooring work. We look forward to work with them again.

We recently put our condo up for sale and needed to have the carpets replaced in order to maximize the value. I'm convinced that a large reason we did so well on the sale is because of the work these folks did on the 1000 square feet of carpeting they installed... it made a 30-year-old condo look brand new!! The saleswoman was direct and friendly, and didn't try to mislead us on prices or quality of choice for carpets. It is such a relief to see a project completed. It's refreshing to see that completed project done so well because we had the right team looking out for us. We'll be back when we are ready to get the bedroom floors updated.
