MY CARPET WAS PLUSH WEIGHT AND QUALITY AS EXPECTED, MY INSTALLER WAS PROMPT, COURTEOUS, EXPERIENCED AND EFFICIENT. A VERY PROFESSIONAL JOB. I will definitely go through NFD if I ever need carpets again and will recommend them to friends as well. Everything was so easy. The rep came out, had samples, took his time with me and was very patient with me. Had a little confusion with the installation date when I had checked my email but they fixed it as soon as I called. The guys that come out to do the carpets were so quick and did an awesome job. They look beautiful! I LOVE the carpets I chose.
We met with Pierre and he worked with us and found the perfect floor for our living room. He also helped us get the best deal possible. The installation team was punctual, very courteous and professional. They did the job very quickly and meticulously cleaned up after themselves. We will be using NFD for any future installations. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review.
The sales representative was very informative and helped us pick a carry within our budget for a bedroom. The installation crew was on time and neat when disposing the old carpet and installation of the new one. They explained every part of the job and made sure we inspected and were happy before we signed off on the paperwork.
The installer group were very knowledgeable and courteous. They handled getting the floor in a timely manner as well as keeping us posted if any issues or changes that may have been required during the process. The sales team was very focused on our needs and offered many different options and opinions to help finalize on the product we ended going with. National Floors provided an exquisite service! Just moved to Haverhill, MA and they increased my moving-in experience by ensuring my floors were updated quicly and safetly during these unsure times. I received a gift card fort my time posting this honest review. I want to emphasize on the professionalism, punctuality and great service they provided, along with appropriate follow up. My husband and I currently are planning to hire them again for some additional flooring work. We look forward to work with them again.
I called the number advertised on tv and a salesman came within two days. I chose a better quality carpet and padding than was advertised. My installation was done a few days later. The installers were professional, congenial and aimed to please but I was not given enough carpet to complete the job. Somehow the measurement was wrong. Within 2 days, the rest of the carpeting came and the second team was just a great as the first. I am very pleased and would recommend NFD. I plan on using them again in the near future.
We recently put our condo up for sale and needed to have the carpets replaced in order to maximize the value. I'm convinced that a large reason we did so well on the sale is because of the work these folks did on the 1000 square feet of carpeting they installed... it made a 30-year-old condo look brand new!! National Floors Direct are helpful and have a friendly staff. I called for a free estimate and they came to my house in a respectful and safe way. They were Fast, convenient and efficient. The installation was quick and they moved everything in the room for me , we didn't have to do anything.
