National floors was so quick and easy to use, and did high quality work. They responded to me the day I sent in the request, and scheduled a free measurement. Someone came to my house 2 days later and brought all the products with them so I had a wide variety to choose from, and I could see all the samples in the space. I was never pressured into picking the higher quality products, or in purchasing on the spot. They were able to schedule my installation right then and there, and the whole process was good to go. The two men were very polite when they arrived and explained what they would be doing. They showed me the flooring prior to installing to insure it was the right floor. They were awesome In how they worked with me to sure my kittens stayed upstairs. Prior to leaving they went through each room to insure they picked everything up as well as cleaned up. First time using this company and was very pleased with the customer service. I was also very happy with the final product after installation. Very pleased from start to finish. Salesman was wonderful and polite keeping is well informed of all our options. Pricing was excellent. Installers were very prompt and skilled. Installation was quick and the product was superb. All in all we are very pleased with our purchase.I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review

I am being given a gc for this review. They were very quick to call me back and set up my free in home estimate. The salesman was very friendly and quick with taking measurements. He was able to get me the price I wanted and arrange for a quick install. The installer was professional and got the job done very quickly. They did a good job.

The estimate took under a day for a salesman to come out and provide me with a deal that was 300 lower than closest competitor . I was walked through the whole process. It was very smooth. The finished product was better than expected . The assembly crew took their time and made sure the result was perfect . Although I am being compensated for my review I would highly recommend national floors direct to anybody . The provide a quality product, fast turn around time , and happy results

Good Service, Checks or Cash only The sales person had lots of options. The options I was interested were in stock. The company was easy to communicate with. The installation was quick and professional. No one told me in advance that they only accept check or cash, so that was an unexpected surprise. Otherwise, everything was great. National Floors Direct provided a gift card for taking the time to post my honest review.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Once I heard the commercial I called, within 24 hours a representative came and the process began. It is now completed and I am very happy! I would recommend National Floors Direct for an economical, professional carpeting job for your home.
