I had a good experience with NFD. The sales man was professional and did not push us. He helped us stay within budget for 3 floors. The installers were very professional and efficient. They installed that carpet in no time. I would consider using them again for my master bedroom!

I was extremely impressed from start to finish in regards to National Floors removing old carpets and installing new to four bedrooms in my home. Installers were fast and efficient. They left the rooms clean. All the furniture was moved with care. Staff neatly returned the furniture. Did a walk through at the end.

Sales was able to beat competitors price. Communication was good when scheduling install. Installers showed at very end of scheduled window 12 for a (7:30-12 window). They worked nonstop until completion at 10 pm, but did not have time to properly clean or vacuum due to late hour.

I was very happy with National Floors Direct. Both the estimator and installer came when they said they would. They were polite and efficient. The installers did a terrific job. They cleaned up before they left. I am thrilled with the results.

Getting exactly what I wanted in the colors I wanted was important to me. We found it was possible with the staff we talked to here. They introduced us to flooring options we knew nothing about before. I'm so happy with the results too.

My new laminate floors from National Floors Direct are stunning! The 2 gentlemen who came were polite and very hard working. They got 3 rooms, a hallway and bathroom done in one day. The attention to detail was incredible. My husband and I couldn't be happier. We feel we got a great value after shopping around.

My daughter loves her new floor. The salesman was prompt, polite and informative. The installation was done on time as they said it would be. The installers were polite, quiet and went right to work. When they left the room was clean and neat and looked great! I received a gift card for taking the time to post this review and I am happy with the floor and the service from National Floors Direct.

When my game room in the basement got flooded, I was lucky to save a lot of stuff but the carpet was ruined! National Floors Direct came to the rescue. I was able to pick out the carpeting I wanted at a reasonable price. Their crew were so cool and professional with taking out the ruined carpet and placing the new one.

They came on time and worked very hard to make sure we were happy. They showed us the color of the tile before they began and had us look over the floor before they left. They were willing to go back and make a few quick adjustments that we asked for. They also made sure to clean up everything before they left. We would use national floors direct again.
