I had a hard time looking for replacement laminates for the damaged ones in our kitchen. Everywhere I looked I couldn’t find the exact type. Many were close and similar but not the same. I could have saved a lot of stress by going to National Floors Direct in the first place. BOOM! They had it! And they installed it! And I wasn’t bankrupt afterwards. You need to give these people your business!

I don't generally write reviews, but I will. I contacted National Floors Direct to inquire about their carpets. The agent I spoke to was very friendly and took all my information. I was then contacted by a sales rep and we set up an in house appointment. She brought many samples for us to look through. She addressed all of our questions. We picked out a carpet we liked and to our delight the price was 50% less then our local store. Installation day came and before we knew it the carpet.was done. From start to finish this was a professional outfit. Everyone was prompt, polite, and professional. The install was on time and finished on time. The floors are beautiful and the workers left no trace. I would recommend them without reservation. It's the only part of our project that was done quickly and efficiently. Even payment options were ahead of the curve.

National Floors Direct was great! A friend had recently used them for a carpet install and was so pleased with the results that it only made sense for us to try them out. We were impressed with their customer service, salesman and the installers. They were all great. The salesman was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. I wanted elegant yet plush carpeting for my entertainment center. I checked out a few of the more popular places but they didn’t have what I wanted. One place came rather close but the prices were out of this world. I contacted National Floors Direct and they bulls eyed my needs. They did everything they said they would do and at the right price.

We wanted to surprise my step-daughter with a complete transformation of her bedroom. We only had three days to do it while she was out of town visiting friends. Part of it was going to be a new rug. On Monday, July 13th, I called National Floors Direct and asked if it was possible to get someone to come to our house to show us some samples on Monday and have the rug installed on Tuesday. I was quite pleased and happy with my recent NFD order and installation. NFD kept me abreast from calling the day after the order was placed (to confirm everything) to calling 5 days in advance to inform and confirm the installation date. I was contacted as promised the morning of the installation providing me with the time I was to expect the installers.
