From start to finish this was a professional outfit. Everyone was prompt, polite, and professional. The install was on time and finished on time. The floors are beautiful and the workers left no trace. I would recommend them without reservation. It's the only part of our project that was done quickly and efficiently. Even payment options were ahead of the curve. They offered me a gift certificate to provide an honest review.

National Floors Direct is a great company to use! The salesman was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. He explained the various carpets and padding. He measured the floors with ease. We received great customer service; they followed up with calls after the sale and prior to the install dates. The installers moved some of the furniture in and out of the rooms without hesitation! We had a great experience with National Floors Direct. The saleswoman came out and discussed all the different carpets with us and informed us of each carpet’s best qualities. After giving us ample time to make our choice, she worked around our vacation for an installation date. Once the installer came, he worked tirelessly for HOURS to get the job done. We wanted to surprise my step-daughter with a complete transformation of her bedroom. We only had 3 days to do it while she was out of town visiting friends. Part of it was going to be a new rug. My experience with National Flooring Direct for the installation of hardwood flooring in two rooms of my home was excellent. I was offered a gift card for posting me honest review but would have gladly done so without compensation. The installers arrived early in the "4 hour window" and worked hard all day. They worked for almost 10 hours and I was in my home the whole time and never saw (or heard) them take a lunch break all day long. I was quite pleased and happy with my recent NFD order and installation. NFD kept me abreast from calling the day after the order was placed (to confirm everything) to calling 5 days in advance to inform and confirm the installation date. I was contacted as promised the morning of the installation providing me with the time I was to expect the installers.
