Everyone I have dealt with from National Floors Direct has been wonderful. And I don't say that about everyone. I am very honest, and my honest opinion is, they have GREAT customer service! From the first phone call, to coming out to my house, the phone call confirmations, to the installers. . .all have been top notch! The installers came on a hot day in the late afternoon. My wife and I are extremely happy with our new carpet from National Floors Direct. The carpeting looks great and the entire process was enjoyable. The sales representative did an excellent job measuring for the floors and she was able to provide us with multiple options that worked within our budget. The installation team quickly had our carpets installed and they did an awesome job. The new carpet looks great and we will definitely use National Floors Direct again in the future.
I had a great experience working with National Floors Direct from start to finish. First starting with the measurements Dylan P***** came to my home (wearing his mask of course) within the time frame given. The measuring process was quick and easy. He brought the samples with him and gave great detail on each rug, including showing a *******tutorial on how the stain resistant carpet could hold up to liquid, which was very important to us having small children. Great company to work with. We needed a runner so our dog could go up and down the stairs. They helped us pick a pet friendly runner which looks great. They were affordable, professional, on time, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
??????4 days ago The salesperson who came to the house was helpful in helping us choose the perfect rug and flooring for our home. The installation teams were friendly, polite and neat. We have a problem with are under our tiles which made a snapping sound and we are working with the company to remedy the matter. This review lost a star because I am finding their customer service challenging to work with. I would buy from them again, however.
Such a great experience working with National Floors Direct. From start to finish, everything went smoothly and we ended up with the perfect runner on our stairs. Everything was easy: a sales rep came to our home with plenty of samples and helped us quickly narrow down our options based on our needs/wants in less than an hour--way quicker than expected, though not rushed at all. National Floors Direct went above and beyond our expectations. We had scheduled an appointment with a few different flooring companies, National Floors was the first one of the day. We were so impressed with Tonya that we signed the agreement on the spot, without even hearing from the other companies. The process with National Floors Direct was fantastic. My sales rep (Griffin) was on time, professional, and informative. He provided a series of options and was able to help provide great value for my money. The instal was flawless! Three team members showed up and provided quick work to complete a big job in one day.
