I was very pleased with my recent experience with National Floors Direct. From start to finish the process was fast and affordable. The work was done on time and on the date scheduled. The salesman was professional and competent. The installation crew were on time, clean and courteous. The carpet was installed in 3 room, all look great. I recently had new carpet installed by National Floors Direct. It was very easy to complete a form for a representative to come for a free at home estimate. She was polite, honest, and it was a great experience. She was patient with answering any questions I might have had. Once the crew came, they were efficient and worked super hard. In fact, I never saw them even take a break for themselves. Originally, the project was so big it was scheduled for two days, but upon arrival, they wanted to complete it all in one day. I had a great experience using NFD. I must begin with the salesman who came to my home for a consult. The installers where incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in every aspect of the job I needed done. I needed tile flooring as well as subfloor removed prior to new flooring going in and he helped me to make all the right decisions. The install was great as well. Needed a small basement room done and went with NFD after looking at several options. Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy and the sales rep arrived on time. Agreed upon a carpet choice and scheduled an install one week later which was fine as I was not in a hurry. Installers arrived on time and completed the work in a few hours. Overall very pleased with the results and now have a usable basement room that is actually enjoyable to spend time in.

I did 3 rooms in my house with national floors direct, I am very Happy with the service and product , they did an excellent job installing and cleaning after they were done, only one time they were late , they didn't come within the time frame they were suppose to but it wasn't a big deal for me.

I was very pleased with the carpet services provided to me. The installers worked very quickly and efficiently, and I was impressed by their work ethic. My family and I were doing our basement over and wanted to put a new carpet in. After looking at different companies we decided on going with National Floors Direct.The representative who came to our home was polite and knowledgeable.
