I worked for NFD for 2 weeks, I just left 3 days ago, I beg you to not use this company, they do not treat their employees well at all. I have not been paid fully for my time there. Unfortunately with a company that size they just keep taking advantage of people like me. I encourage you to read the 1 star reviews and over 700+ complaints. I would read them and not listen to the bought 5 stars.
They stink horrible work they cant seam the title floor between your carpet save your money and go somewhere else they are horrible customer service stinks do yourself a favor stay away.
Payed top dollar $6000 for 40 sg ft.Had problem 6 month after installation. There was no warranty on installation. I had to pay to fix the problem.

I had a terrible experience with National Floors Direct. The floors immediately started falling apart within a month. They refused to honor the warrantee even she submitting pictures to their installation team. They never following up, the quality of the floors are very poor, and cracks easily. The sales rep assured me that it wouldnt crack, and they would fix it if it did. The old saying goes, "Cheaper is not better" Had a estimate from a local small business here in ********. Decided to get another quote from NFD, the salesman "***" said he would match the price plus give us a extra 15% off. hummmm...... sounds good, because we are moving and didn't want to get into a whole lot of extra money. HOLD and BEHOLD, we should of just went with our local guy. Our floors in 3 rooms were installed (took 3 days) then they say we owe ANOTHER $415 for ********** paid..... then next day we need ANOTHER $1... read more
Buyer Beware. They installed our carpet on Monday 1/8 and we've since discovered several defects; two "bald spots" and one four inch cut that extends from one edge of the carpet, as well as a lump under the carpet, evidently from the padding. Their installation management team is literally impossible to speak with directly. Their customer service team relays the notes that they've received from the installation managers. Basically, they're telling me they have no intention of reinstalling. I'll keep you posted as to progress... read more
